Newly remodeled and furnished home in Fulton County with remote control 2 car garage, security lights and multi-port USB & type "C" outlets. Ideal work from home office area, private backyard with patio, grill and lawn furniture. Fully functional kitchen with everything you need to cook and serve a meal, washer/dryer included. 10 minutes from Hartsfield Jackson Airport, 20 minutes from Atlanta. Between 20 and 35 minutes to The Battery, Tyler Perry Studios, Trilith Studios, 6 Flags, GA Aquarium, The World of Coke, Benz Stadium and many other attractions. Within 25 minutes of Alanta University Center (AUC: Clark Atlanta, Morehouse College, and Spelman College). Same amount of distance to Georgia State University as well as Georgia Tech. Less than 1/4-mile walking distance to the Bedford School. Kingly located 5 minutes from I-85 and only 10 from Marta Mass Transit to get you all around the city. There is a plethora of eateries located in the area also.

Hi everyone, I'm a former educator who loves to travel end explore new and interesting places. I have been fortunate to visit such exotic places Spain, Italy, Germany, Luxemburg, France, and Turkey just to mention a few. My extensive traveling has taught me the importance of staying in facilities that make one feel at "home." There is nothing more welcoming than to walk into a place that makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Without taking a second thought, you smile and say to yourself "this feels like home."

In addition, the world we live in is "plugged in" via technology. I have found it critical to stay abreast of some of the latest technology trends and have made it a point to maintain certain technology features and functionalities in my home. High priority for me has been that of keeping ergonomics at the center of my home.

I purchased the lot and had the home built because I loved the access it provided to work, the airport (Hartsfield Jackson), and various events throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area. My neighbors are personable and caring. This is what truly makes the place home.

Location, location, location! Aside from being clean, comfortable, and downright cozy, it's less than 2 miles from interstate 85. It's close proximity to Trilith Studios and Atlanta Studios, both about 10 minutes away, makes it a great pick for people wanting to be on the Family Feud. You can attend a baseball or football game, visit the aquarium, or be at the airport in less than 15 minutes. Additionally, you can visit Centennial Olympic Park, or even the Renaissance Festival. Not to mention all the other great attractions in the immediate area.
