The villa offers approximately 2,256 sq ft of living space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

The outdoor area invites you to relax and enjoy the Florida lifestyle. The lanai features a heated pool, hot tub, and an outdoor daybed, surrounded by tropical greenery and palm trees. A covered dining area with a gas grill provides the perfect space for outdoor meals and BBQ evenings.

Inside, the open living area combines comfort and functionality. A cozy TV corner with a large sofa offers a place to unwind, while the adjacent dining area and open kitchen create a welcoming space for shared meals. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a counter that is ideal for breakfast or quick snacks.

The master suite features a king-size bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, separate walk-in shower, and dual sinks. Both the master suite and the second bedroom provide direct access to the pool area. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds and TVs.
