A dining area for four and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space provide everything needed for meals at home, the living space and primary and guest bedrooms allow for total guest comfort.

Hat Island requires guests to purchase ferry tickets to and from Everett Marina via the property owner. The cost per ticket is passed onto the guest

Golf course fees can be paid directly to the Hat Island Community Association from a QR code. Everything on Hat is walkable: golf course, marina, beach, pickle ball court, etc...Guests must be able to walk and enjoy the adventure of Hat.

Transportation to the property is provided by the Island Host.
