The LOFT on Ouachita Avenue is a Cool Place to Experience Hot Springs! Located just 2 Blocks from the Central Business District, you can't get much closer... Walk to breakfast at the Best Café, grab lunch at SQZBX Brewery & Pizza Joint, enjoy dinner at Colorado Grill, end your evening with a night cap at Splash Wine Bar and then walk the 1/2 block back to settle back in at The LOFT! If you want to be close to it all... this is where you want to spend your nights in Hot Springs!
The LOFT features 12' Ceilings, Hardwood Floors and Tons of Character! The Kitchen is Original with its St. Charles Metal Cabinetry and Funky Blue Formica Countertops. The Swanky Living Area overlooks Ouachita Avenue! It features a Leather Sofa, 2 Arm Chairs and a 55" 4K Amazon Fire Smart TV.
There is also a Desk set up for guests needing Remote Work Space!
Both Bedrooms are Spacious and equipped with King Size Beds, Quality Linens, Bedside Tables with Reading Lamps, 43" 4K Amazon Fire Smart TV's and EnSuite Bathrooms with Tile Showers.
The LOFT is Bright and Funky and Fun!
As you come through the Entrance, you will walk up 1 flight of Stairs to the Sunroom which overlooks the Courtyard. It is the Perfect Place to Enjoy Complimentary Coffee in the Mornings and Plan Your Day! More Pics will be added of the Courtyard Space. Currently we have String Lights being hung and we are adding Outdoor Furniture.

My husband and I (and our 2 grown sons) are foodies, we love the downtown festivals, OAKLAWN Racing and the lake recreation Hot Springs provides. We truly hope you enjoy your stay with us!

The LOFT is unique in that you have comfortable space inside and out to enjoy being in Hot Springs National Park! The interior is warm and inviting, the perfect place for 2 couples or friends to enjoy being together on vacation... The exterior features a private courtyard for you to relax, share your favorite beverage, get some fresh air and just be with your people!
