The stay was convenient, our room had straight access to the boardwalk which was really nice. However, the AC was very small and left the room feeling warm at night, and the floor was very sandy. It’s a decent convenient stay.

Easy access to the beach, close to everything in Port Aransas. Great communication from the owner, the place had everything we needed for a weekend get away.

The boardwalk to the beach is a few steps out the back door and the pool is a little further out the front door.

A/C did not work properly, room wasn’t very clean, check-in process and security was not good, and they do have a very strict quiet time from 10-7. Overall not impressed.
