Communication with our host was excellent. Check in was easy. Location was great for us, as we have family both north and south of Charlotte, so we were right in between. Overall had a great 8 day stay!

Everything was exactly as advertised. The host was available and responded quickly. The house was clean and everything we needed for our stay. The location was quiet and was near everything you needed. I would book again for my next trip.

Lovely home

The house is vey comfortable-had some chilly days while here and I loved how easy it was to use the thermostat and how quickly the house warmed up. The host was responsive and personable. Thanks for our visit.

5 stars, would highly recommend. Clean, well kept, enough space for a small family of 3 to 4 or just a nice getaway with your partner. Commutation with the property manager was wonderful from the first day I reserved it up until my stay end.

House is nice and a good size for 2-4 people. Nice and cold AC and a window unit in one bedroom allows you to keep one room cooler if you want.Owner was super responsive and proactive (there was a lot of utility work being done, so she forwarded messages about when the internet would be down - seems like they finished it all now).Easy parking in driveway and street. The street has lots of street lights and a big construction going on next door for some nice condos and we felt safe here, but certainly lock your cars! This part of Charlotte is still rough especially on the main streets. Would highly recommend the food truck at the gas station on the main street (Tyrol) near the house. Good food at good prices!

Our stay was adequate. On paper, it had what we needed (kind of), though it was equipped with the bare minimum. Though it had a kitchen, there were no utensils to cook with. They had supplied coffee pods, but they were all decaf (maybe this is whiny, but it is a hassle to find coffee first thing in the morning when you are in a time crunch). There were no extra blankets, and those provided were super thin. Finally, when we arrived, the shower curtain and rod were sitting in one of the bedrooms. We had to put it back, and it fell off twice. It seems the assembly was in the bedroom because it was broken. I would not choose to rebook this space based on this experience.

Very clean, beds are comfortable the house is well air conditioned overall quiet neighborhood. Although the landscaping could use some attention and a walkway is needed to the front door. I would stay again once landscaping is taken care of

The A/C in the front bedroom doesn't work--owner is aware and has repairs scheduled. No ice maker or ice cube trays. Hair dryer is broken. Aside from that, nice home in a quiet neighborhood.

Regarding the ice maker, we’d like to clarify that an ice maker is not listed among the amenities provided at the property. We also wish we had been made aware of the hair dryer issue during your stay, as we would have been happy to address or replace it had we known.
