We’ve stayed at a number of cabins but the Whiskey Valley cabin was by far our favorite. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, luxurious place to escape, this cabin is perfect. We can’t wait to go back.

Clean, well furnished, and incredible views. We had a minor issue with the TV streaming service, and the host was out promptly to resolve. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely incredible! The views were breathtaking — every morning felt like waking up in the middle of the Colorado mountains. The cabin itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and so cozy. You can really tell a lot of care goes into maintaining it.The drive in off the main road added to the whole experience — it truly felt like a peaceful mountain getaway. The host was fantastic — very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with from start to finish.The location was perfect too! It felt secluded and private, yet it was just a short, easy drive to restaurants and everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely come back again!

For the most part it was good. There were a few things that were disappointing,-the fire pits on the patio would not stay lit-there were lady bugs EVERYWHERE inside the cabin and a couple of wasp. Not sure how they were getting in.

We apologize for the frustration with the patio fire pits. Our maintenance team was able to relight them during your stay, but because it was a very windy night, the flames were unfortunately difficult to maintain. We are currently looking into additional windbreaks to help with this in the future. Regarding the insects, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Ladybugs (often Asian lady beetles) and wasps are a common seasonal occurrence in mountain and wooded areas like Broken Bow as they seek warmth indoors. We have increased our professional pest control treatments and are actively sealing any potential entry points to prevent this from happening again. We value your input and hope to welcome you back for an improved experience.

The stay was amazing, however it was a large amount of ladybugs in the cabin, front area, bedroom and bathroom. Lastly the internet was cut off early the day of check out. We were getting ready for our 11am check out and at 7am the internet was cut off. We ended up departing earlier than planned.

Dreamy views

When we arrived we were not expecting to drive up the mountain. It was a bit rocky. Overall scary for us city folks. But we made it to the top and boy was it worth it! I would recommend a suv/truck though. The views were breath taking every single day we were there,weather was great too. The entire cabin was so cozy no matter where you were sitting at. We had a game night when it stormed one day. We did a few hikes at beavers bend. Went to town and ate at grateful head pizza, I highly recommend it. And a cute little market not too far from the cabin had all the necessities you need plus gourmet foods too. Overall for our first stay in Oklahoma was perfect. I’m already planning to come back next vacation trip.

Whiskey Valley is a great nightly rental that I would highly recommend. It is a large 1 bedroom with several upscale amenities that are sure to make your visit very memorable. It's at the end of the road, which makes it very private. With the tall ceilings, it feels very roomy and spacious. The views were the highlight of our stay, with most of our time spent on the deck. Well-stocked stores are not convenient (especially for the gluten sensitive), but we brought everything needed for some awesome meals thanks to the reviews.Sitting in the hot tub with a view of the stars was great on the clear nights. We missed the code on the refrigerator that was Whiskey Valley's manual until the last day, so be sure and check that out. The memory foam mattress was very comfortable and allowed for deeply restful stay, which was our main goal. The only issue we encountered was the road noise from 259. It wasn't so bad inside, but from the deck it was beyond what might be expected. This should be a no jake-brake area. To have such a serene environment with a high-decible noise distraction was a disappointment. That said, we would still give it a 5-star stay and will return I'm sure! One more note: Horseshoes are harder than it looks!
