Covered, screened lanai, new pool, and seating area make the exterior the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. Beautiful kitchen compete w/ everything you need for your stay including an espresso machine. The layout of the home is open, airy, and loads of natural light, with upscale modern decoration throughout. Our home comes ready for your families adventure, complete with bikes, golf clubs, beach chairs, BBQ grill, board games. Feel free to us the full size laundry room during your stay. Come and enjoy all Southwest Florida has to offer!

Noisy road, great house

The home is on the corner of the main street into that neighborhood. Very noisy, with dump trucks all day long. I rented the house because of the 4 bedrooms and the heated pool. When we arrived the poolwas 60 degrees, I was told it was 75 to turn on the heat, which I reluctantly paid. Then the gas grill bottle was empty, Mike paid for the gas, but not my time to get it refilled. All the bikes had flat tires, the beach chairs and umbrella were bad condition. The house was very clean, and the pool area was great. Mike did send a new air pump for the bikes, and a new umbrella with 2 beach chairs rhat arrived the day we left.

Awesome family Florida vacation

10/10! Mike, the host, had the communication we have experienced in our vacation rental history!! The bed was the most comfortable bed ever! Kitchen was stocked with all the cooking utensils and cook prep of any that we've had before.... including an Expresso machine!?! We will definitely be back and recommend to ALL!! Aldo, it was immaculate!!

Family vacation

Owner was great to work with and communication was easy. Plenty of rooms and seating inside and outside of house for the whole family to relax without being on top of each other.

When we saw this rental home we just knew we had to have it! The location is amazing and offers convenient location to all of SWFL. From our home you can walk or bike safely on the paved trail, golf one of the 7 courses of the Rotonda, you can travel to the gulf and beaches or enjoy one of the many restaurants or bars.

Our home offers a fun getaway for the whole family with the ability to sleep 10 people. We have thought of everything you are going to need on your vacation, from an amazing heated pool, beach equipment, entertainment space, 4 Fire TV's, BBQ grill and much more!
