Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just built in the Spring of 2025, this new house offers a perfect location near beaches, a golf course, and nature trails, all while being tucked away in peaceful Rotonda West, next to a Nature Preserve. A spacious lanai overlooks the preserve and has outstanding sunrise views. The house is located just 14-20 minutes away from the beaches (Manasota Key, Middle Beach, or Boca Grande - our favorite). We are also just 25 minutes away from the famous Warm Mineral Springs. This charming property boasts 4 bedrooms, including 2 twin beds, two twin bunk beds, a queen bed, and a king bed. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy amenities like a fully-equipped kitchen, WiFi, AC, and washing and drying machines during your stay. A garage is made into a game room. Lanai has a grill, games, and a sitting area. Experience what Rotonda West has to offer while staying at our house.

It’s also just minutes from the golf course, community park, nature trail, gulf beach, mineral hot springs lake, grocery store, and local shops and attractions, so you can easily explore the city while enjoying a peaceful place to come home to. It feels like the best of both worlds.
