- The kitchenette is stocked with cooking utensils and a mini-refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and a range top. There is no oven.
- A full bathroom with an oversized bathtub.
- The studio condominium accommodates 2 to 4 people.

The kitchenette and living space are in the first room and the bedroom is in the next. The bedroom has a sliding door for privacy. The living space also has a chair that is comfy, orange and great for watching TV. There is a coffee table in this space as well. The sleeper sofa adds a spot for family or friends..

The kitchenette comes equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is no oven. The bathrooms is roomy with plenty of counter space and an oversized tub/shower. .
Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals gives your access to the HOA property seasonal pool, hot tubs (inside and outside), steam room and sauna. And don’t forget the very popular ping pong room. Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking.

Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
