🌲 Main Floor 🐺

On the main level, discover a luxurious master suite with a king bed and a full bathroom. Unwind in the spacious living room, lounging on the comfortable couch, and savoring the picturesque views while the wood-burning fireplace casts a cozy glow. The kitchen is a culinary haven, fully equipped for both PB&J enthusiasts and professional chefs alike. It's a kitchen that never disappoints!

🎮 Basement/ GAME ROOM 🕹️

Prepare for endless entertainment in our fully loaded game room! Immerse yourself in gaming with an X-Box One and an array of arcade machines that guarantee a blast for everyone! 💥

This level features a bedroom with 2 bunk beds: one is a twin over full and the other is a twin over twin.

Additionally, there's another bedroom with a queen-size bed.

All guests on this level share a full-size bathroom.

There are two additional mini fridges on this level for extra food storage or your favorite ice cold beverages.

Nestled on an expansive lot surrounded by towering pine trees, this property is a nature lover's dream. On clear nights, gaze up and witness the Milky Way with your naked eye, or bring a telescope for some serious stargazing! 💫🌌

Step out onto the vast covered deck that wraps 270 degrees around the cabin. Soothe your senses in the hot tub after a day of outdoor adventures. Take your pick between two grills – a traditional Weber grill and a PitBoss griddle. There's nothing quite like sizzling bacon on a griddle in the morning air. Enjoy your meals al fresco at the 6-person outdoor dining table. 🥓🍳🍔

For outdoor enthusiasts, nearby Navajo, Panguitch, or Aspen Mirror Lake offer fantastic fishing opportunities. Explore the extensive network of hiking and ATV trails that Duck Creek Village has to offer. 🎣🥾

‼️⚡️This property is equipped with a Generac generator, ensuring uninterrupted power for the entire house during Duck Creek's common power outages. Never leave your family or friends without power, warmth, or fun! ⚡️‼️

You will have access to the entire house except for the garage, the closet in master bedroom and storage closet in the lower level.

We will not be available in person, but we are always available on the Airbnb app, or via phone for emergencies.

Duck Creek Village is a small, quaint mountain town that offers quick access to Southern Utah's best national parks. Although we are 'in the mountains,' we are not 'off the grid' and we do have neighbors nearby, so you can expect to see and hear others during the day. The cabin is very close to 'The Village' where the gas station, hardware store, restaurants and pub are located. It's a short drive or a nice walk to get there.

This rental is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with very strict activity restrictions. Violations will result in landlords being fined and security deposits potentially being forfeited. A list of restrictions is available to help you to determine if this rental is suitable for your vacation plans.

🚨‼️ 4WD is REQUIRED in the winter months, from November to April. NO exceptions! Please do not attempt to make it in 2WD with chains. We are at 8,000 feet on the top of a mountain. The roads could be 'clear' upon your arrival and a 2-foot storm can roll in overnight. You need to be prepared with 4WD ‼️🚨

You will have ample parking for you and your guests. We do have a parking spot for trailers, but we do not allow guests to camp in RVs outside. Guests are permitted to stay INSIDE of the property only. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, no exceptions.

We highly recommend that you complete your grocery shopping before driving up the mountain, as there are very limited options for groceries on the mountain. The hardware store has a small grocery selection in case you forget any odds and ends, but I would not rely on this for your entire trip. There are restaurants in The Village and their hours vary depending upon the season. 🛒🍔

We allow house-trained, well-behaved dogs in our home. 1 dog with a 75-pound weight limit. Dogs ONLY. No cats, birds, fish, lizards, snakes, mini horses, pigs, etc. - sorry! 🐶

Great for the family!

We had a great time here with the kids. They loved the games they had in the basement. The home was super clean and all the beds were comfortable. Love that they had the hot tub. They seem to be hard to find in rentals.

Welcoming New Year

I rented this home for my adult children for New Years Eve week, we had an amazing stay at the beautiful mountain home The cabin was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Everyone felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay. The location was perfect, it’s right down the road from me, so was nice to go back and forth for dinners and games. Nick was an outstanding Host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Thank you for helping our family spend the the coming of the New Year a memorable moment. The decor was first class and beautiful.The cabin had every amenity. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home and so nice to find a place that welcomed dogs. The neighborhood in the mountains were perfect for morning and afternoon walks, and Nick even provided a dog bed and bowls. Such a thoughtful touch!I hope to be renting again, a perfect location and comfy home.
