Cute Studio in Cape Coral

Welcome to Cape Coral! Enjoy a stay in our conveniently located and comfortable guest suite, a one bedroom (with queen bed) and one bathroom, separate entry studio. Amenities include pool and hot tub with lanai, outdoor sofa, outdoor dining table, kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, utensils, etc.), TV with streaming, free WiFi, central air conditioning (on during the summer), driveway parking for 2 vehicles.

- You should NOT book this VRBO if you have a cat allergy
- The entire outdoor area is shared with the host, but we are respectful of your space
- Double doors separate the guest suite from the main house and remain locked at all times. That being said, the separation is not soundproof - it is possible you will hear the host.

We are happy to heat the pool and hot tub during your stay! The host controls this remotely. You can heat the full pool to 86 degrees for $15/day ($100/week). It does take 2-3 days to heat the entire pool. We are able to heat the hot tub section to 100 degrees; this will be an extra $10 for up to four hours if you are already heating the pool. If you’re not heating the pool, it will be an extra $25 for up to four hours. Please contact me on the app 3 hours in advance of when you’d like to use the hot tub, and I can turn it on for you.

Great Place! Great Host! This property is great for a couple's vacation. Close to beaches and great restaurants. The outdoor area is a great place to relax after a day at the beach.

Quiet relaxing

Nice property, pool and patio areas were quiet, well kept and relaxing. Close to many restaurants, shopping, beaches, and activities.

The calm little hideaway

Sydney has a wonderful studio with a beautiful pool deck area to relax. The studio is spacious and has everything you need. Located in a quite neighborhood, you find estores and good dining near by

short get away

This is a beautiful quit place to stay. Enjoyed all it had to offer. Used the grill which made dinner very easy. Pool was nice and Patio was Decorated nicly. I will rent again in the future.

The cutest place! If we are ever going to the Fort Myers area again, I’d definitely rebook this place. The owner has thought of everything to make it perfect. (Even two gorgeous talkative cats who’d visit the closed windows when we were on the lanai. We had several conversations.)

A travelers Gem

The studio is spacious and comfortable. The area is quite but you are only a few minutes (walk) from the main road and some restaurants. The pool area gives you plenty of space to relax and is covered with an amazing landscape. The cats juuuust might distract you (in a good way) from working, reminding you what a trip should be about.

Perfect fit short holiday

Perfect for a few days, may not work as well for longer periods of time. Kitchenette is a good description, almost no counter space; host might be able to gain some space by stacking toaster oven atop the microwave. Patio is well-landscaped and comfortable, but has several single steps that are not obvious and lead to falling hazards as these are not marked. Similarly, the entrance gate latch does not work well and the path across the grass is not well-lighted.

It is very easy to relax and unwind at our place - sitting on the patio under the lanai, you can hear the water running from the pool and fish pond. While this outdoor space is shared with the hosts, we are very cognizant of your privacy; given the shared space, the listing is an affordable option with a beautiful pool!
