Although there is no pool, and may seem old-skool, individuals and couples truly enjoy staying in this clean, quiet, cozy, yet open and welcoming space where they can unwind, catch up on reading, writing, engaging in low-key board games or cards. Easily accessible to downtown Venice for [waterfront] dining , live entertainment, casual shopping, biking to the Legacy Trail nearby, you're merely 10 minutes to the interstate and within a few minutes to numerous area golf courses, beaches, drum circles, pubs, Venice Island, tennis courts, the YMCA, libraries, Venice Fishing Pier or a Jetty sunset. Bring your clubs, your bikes & books and chill out for a week near the Gulf, and within 30 minutes or so to Sarasota or Punta Gorda... Kick back in this chill, no frills, humble Bohemian style Cottage-Home.

This is a quiet Bird Sanctuary neighborhood off the beaten path, yet close enough to bike to the beach, Jacaranda Library, Venice Island or Legacy Trail, walk to the YMCA and nearby stores. Only 5 minutes to 75 and less than an hour to Sarasota or Punta Gorda and only about an hour to the nearest airports.
