Coconut palms abundant with fruit overhang pool deck for tropical filtering of sun.
Jasmine, Frangipani, Bird of Paradise, Bougainvillea and other flowering plantings abound. Five minutes to beautiful Gulf beaches, 10 minutes to Sarasota Malls.
Boat dock with 13,000 lb. lift has direct access to bay and Intercoastal Waterway, 20 minutes to Gulf Access.
Colorful 2 Bedroom 2 Bath, modern appliances, granite countertops, ceiling fans enhance tropical theme. Kitchen boasts numerous luxury finishes including cherry cabinetry, stainless appliances and granite countertops.
