Large ensuite bath with shower and deep vintage soaker tub.
Main bathroom has shower/tub combo.
Kitchen has everything you need.
Outdoor grill, outdoor dining area and sitting area with 2 fans, bluetooth speaker and TV.
Pool area has chaise lounges, chairs, pool toys and noodles.
Beach equipment in the garage includes 4 chairs, 2 coolers, a beach cart, beach umbrella and beach toys.
Game room includes shuffleboard, foosball, connect 4, board games, cards, books and puzzles, a sitting area with pub table and a large bar with wine refrigerator.
Private fenced backyard has room for bocce ball or cornhole.
Relax with a cold drink under the vine covered pergola.

Gary and I are from the midwest. We have vacationed in Florida for a number of years and decided to retire here! We fell in love with Cape Coral and lived in "Cape Tranquility" for the first 14 months we were in Cape Coral and loved it. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have!

This quiet southeast neighborhood is so close to everything - Del Prado has shopping, businesses, restaurants and bars. Downtown Cape Coral is just down Del Prado offering more restaurants and bars with live music, great food and karaoke. Frequently there are art fairs or craft fairs through the Cape Coral area. Farmers markets are a very popular venue. Fort Myers is just across the bridge from Cape Coral. Matlacha and Pine Island are so close. If you want to travel a little further Bonita Springs and Naples are just to the south. Sarasota is just to the north.
