Sleeps 7 comfortably in 2 bedrooms, plus sofa beds for up to 9–10 guests.

* Master Bedroom: 1 King bed + 1 Sofa bed (with topper for extra comfort)
* Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds (bunk style) + 1 XL Twin trundle bed

It’s a peaceful area surrounded by water channels, perfect for kayaking, fishing, and spotting local wildlife such as birds and dolphins. Despite its calm vibe, you’re close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, so you get the best of both worlds — tranquility and convenience.
The neighborhood is also very safe for walking or biking, and within a short drive you’ll find beaches, parks, golf courses, and the famous Caloosahatchee River. Whether you’re here to relax or to explore, this location offers the perfect starting point.
