Dear friends :)

Welcome to your Disney Vacation House! Please allow me you introduce you to your possible new home:

The villa is professionally designed and decorated with several themed rooms for kids. There are a total of 5-bedrooms, 3.5-bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 loft, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 private lanai, and a swimming pool. 7 LED TVs in the loft, the living room, and every bedroom.
The entire house is super spacious and perfect for a large family with many kids (children proofed).

Not as expected

The house was very spacious. There was enough room for my 10 person family. There were a few issues we encounter on our stay. #1 the upstairs tv was broken and the remote wasn’t functional. I attempted to notify the owner with the number provided and through the Vrbo app, but never received a response. #2 there wasn’t enough wash clothes for my party size. Only one wash cloth was provided in each bathroom. We went and purchased wash clothes at the store so no big deal. #3 If you plan on cooking I recommend bringing your own pot/pans. The ones provided are not the best. #4 there was a raccoon outside of the home trying to get in the bins were trash was left. So I advise you guys to be careful when leaving the home. #5 while I was cooking for my family a roach was crawling on the countertop. Overall next visit my family will choose a different property for our next stay.

Made the best of it

The home was in a great location I’ve booked in same resort different locations last 5yrs, but the stay was quite at a discomfort this trip.. the experience the first day with no Ac to sleep that night until Pm came to check it next morning , second day frozen line to defrost and realize hardly no airflow upstairs just to help PM troubleshoot with little experience & realize a very caked & dirty filter almost sucked into the unit by that night (filter was brought next morning), the fridge icemaker didn’t work & was aware. Some Wall outlets in the living didn’t work, and no pool lights for night time pool time was a bummer. The trip was really a struggle to enjoy

Cruise Trip

Due to an emergency, house was not available as agreed.I found out 2 hour prior to check in becauae I reached out to VRBO Customer Service. We had to wait 2 days, book hotel rooms until we could come into the rental property. Broken appliances; lamp shade broken, chipped furniture, only 3 chairs in the diningroom. appliances did not work; iron. TV did not work in the loft. Washer was defective. Made a loud noise when spinning. Pool water was cloudy. No large pots. Even though we communicated to host, pool was not serviced. Communication or response from host was poor and delayed. There was no grill as stated. Plastic shower curtain was dirty in second floor. Vanity downstairs had a loose base on the wood trim.Beautiful house, but needs to be refreshed with new livingroom, diningroom and patio furniture. It also needs new linen, pots and and accesories to decorate. Very spacy rooms and comfortable for large groups

Stay in a different community and unit

I am not one to leave negative reviews, but this is a must. It started with poor communication: listing title and amenities lists states a grill. There is NO grill. Upon checking in, the renter will ask if you want to rent one for a $95 flat fee. The pictures show a high chair and stroller, but they no longer offer. There are 2 kings not 3. At 7PM the night before we checked in, I received a text from someone else with a different address and followed up with Selena. At 10PM, she called and said the new address was right and the unit we reserved isnt available due to an AC issue that was being worked on all day. I understand things happen, but there was absolutely no notice until I inquired. The community was awful. The car gate verification process is inefficient leading to a SLOW process and long lines anytime you return to the property. The gym is SMALL. Just 1 weight set, 1 bench, 2 treadmill, and 5 weight machines for chest, legs, shoulders, abs. The lazy river was small (bring your own raft), the kids slide was down for maintaince, the splash pad area lacked interest for the kids (2 and 3) and we were constantly getting water in our eyes. I cannot review this unit because we didnt stayed in it, but the unit we did stay in was absolutely dirty with hair on towels, old candy in the corners and broken items. We made the most out of everything, but I will not return to this property and will not book with this renter again.

We had a very disappointing experience with this booking. On the day of check-in, at 5:30 PM, we were about to arrive at the property and still had not received any check-in instructions. We contacted the host, who asked for 30 minutes to “figure it out” and send the information. We explained that we would be at the house in about 10 minutes and that the instructions should have been sent hours earlier.About five minutes later, the host texted us check-in details for a completely different property. When we told her the address was incorrect, she replied that this was now our assigned house because they had supposedly discovered bed bugs at the property we originally booked the day before. At no point prior to this moment had we been notified of any issue or change to our reservation.When we called to express that this was unacceptable, the host asked us to at least go see the replacement property before making a decision. We first went to the original house we had booked to pick up our grocery delivery and discovered that there were already guests staying there, which made the bed bug explanation questionable.We then went to look at the replacement property and it was not comparable to what we had paid for. The carpets were dirty, the walls were filthy, and there were bugs in the bathtub. It was clearly not the same quality or condition as the home we had originally reserved.At that point, we had to work directly with VRBO to resolve the situation. This created a ver
