Pictures look better than it does in person but super close to everything. We paid extra for the pool to be warmed up but due to it being extremely cold in Florida it didn’t even work. Otherwise it was good.

My family planned a last minute trip here and it was honestly a great time and a great place to stay. Basically 25 mins away from all Disney Park and Universal. Everything else is also close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Robert was a fabulous host. He responded quickly to our questions/requests and went out of his way to care for our family during our stay. When he learned that we were celebrating our family Christmas as well as Thanksgiving, he made sure the townhouse was decorated, even though it was still November. We enjoyed the close proximity of the theme parks (day trips to Legoland and SeaWorld), and playing at the water park. We didn’t have an opportunity to check out the golf course or fitness center. Next time!!!!

It was a great stay for our family of 4. It was close to everything and the water park onsite was a perfect addition. Other than a few minor issues like a sour smell in the primary bathroom, the worn-down carpet, and the shower heads being in a weird position, it was great.

Perfect Stay! Great Home Base for Our Florida Trip!

We had a fantastic experience at this Vrbo! The home was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet.The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and communication super smooth. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our family (including a teen!) had a great time relaxing here after long days out — and we would 100% stay here again on our next trip to Florida.Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Overall was good. Furniture and some bath fixtures were starting to show wear/age. House was clean and met our needs. 5 kids and 2 adults and had plenty of room. Communication with host was good, check in was excellent, we had all information needed for a seamless check in.

Born and raised in Massachusetts our family decided it was time to get some sun in the winter months. With little one's coming left and right we decided Champions Gate was the perfect spot to enjoy some warm weather and of course, Disney! We decided to spice up the kids rooms to get the feeling of adventure and fun while waiting to take a short drive to all the theme parks in area.
