Welcome to the luxurious Brownsville. This beautifully designed and high end mansion has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with an Indoor HEATED pool, 6000+ Sq Ft of indoor space, a massive and beautifully painted tennis court, an indoor gym, a movie rom and games to keep you entertained. Browwnsivlle is located less than 5 minutes from Lake Overholser, the outlet mall, a 20 mins drive to downtown, the zoo and is a couple of minutes to numerous restaurants, a water park, and the state fair grounds.
Brownsville is a very unique property. It boosts 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. As you make your way into the house, you are wowed with a beautiful mural. The living room is one of a kind with high wood ceilings, all glass windows giving a serene view of the back yard. Kick back on the relaxing couch and enjoy a movie on the 75inch TV. Gather with friends and play pool right in the middle of the living room.
Dinner at Brownsville is family oriented. The classic dinette can sit 12 people. Feel at home and enjoy a beautiful time with family and friends.
The Radiant indoor heated pool is a steal. Swim 24 hours a day and enjoy both summers and winters indoors.

**Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $200/night.
**Please notify us at least 2 days before your stay if you want the pool heated.
**The pool if heated will have to be for the entire duration of your stay.
** We can accommodate Early check ins for 2pm for an extra $150.

The listing accuracy was poor. The house showed a pull out sofa that was not available. There were very few linens and towels for the amount of guests. The upstairs was too hot to utilize our first night. I messaged the host with no reply. Overall a poor experience

The house is huge and is older and needs a little work and updates but no doubt was great in its prime. It is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking, The three car garage shown in the pictures was not available and full of furniture etc. The weight room and half bath as shown was not accessible either. The living area was cool but some of the bedrooms were warm in the 103 Oklahoma heat. We brought a couple fans with us as we had seen previous reviews. There were plenty of supplies - bath towels, paper towels, garbage bags,toilet paper etc. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. It has the largest residential pool I have ever seen and was a bonus that it is inside. The grandchildren enjoyed being able to swim all hours. There were plenty of pool toys and beach towels available. It is a kids playground with the ping pong table in the pool area and of seating. Oldest two are on the school tennis team and enjoyed being able to practice their game, There is a basketball goal as well. I feel it is a little over priced for its condition compared to other rentals we have been in.

Perfect home for assembling a large group who plan to spend most of the stay together. The large living space attached to the indoor pool makes for great entertainment.

Wonderful Stay

Property looks exactly like photos. Host was responsive to messages and the check in and out process was seamless. It worked great for a family weekend vacation. We also had requested a small birthday gathering that the host graciously allowed. Overall, a great place to stay. Will likely stay again if we’re back in the area.

Really appreciated the availability

This property is great for families who need a lot of space at a price they can afford. Lots for the kids to enjoy, and room for the adults to gather. The property does show its age a bit, but the price is commensurate. We had a great time together!

Ample space and things to do.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was easy breezy and kept us busy while there. From shooting hoops to playing pool or swimming. Would recommend 100%. The only note is that all the trash bins were full and with 16 people had nowhere to take out the trash. Other than that we appreciated being able to stay here while in Okc.

This is a very nice home have so much room neighbors was very nice let us park in front of our house, I had a whole DJ & not one problem love how the owner was on point with everything,, I would bring extra towels & covers if u gone have a family function, but very nice place

Family fun

Great time with a larger group. Kids loved swimming and playing outside. Lots of room to spread out. Kitchen could use a bigger oven and AC to upstairs media room needs attention. We would come again with a group of multiple kids if needed.

Perfect!!

Pool was a hit!! While we were cooking the kids were in the pool. They would get out of the pool and then play basketball and ping pong. Perfect for big family gathering!!!

This house was a complete disappointment from start to finish. Nearly every area of the property was dirty, and some sections even showed visible mold growth. Dirty linens were left piled on the laundry room floor upon arrival. Several doors were difficult to open and close, requiring excessive force to operate.The pool was not properly maintained—the water was dirty, and the diving board was broken, creating a serious safety hazard. There were no pool towels provided and only a very limited number of bathroom towels for guests.Numerous light fixtures throughout the home did not work, and spider webs were present in multiple rooms. To make matters worse, we reported a broken kitchen sink on the first day of our stay and followed up multiple times, but the issue was never resolved. The sink remained full of standing water for the entirety of our visit. It was disgusting. Overall, the condition of this property fell far below expectations. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and responsiveness made for an extremely unpleasant experience. That’s what they wrote reviewLeaking toilet and really dirty floors.

Dated Property

The host was very kind to let our groups check out late on our last day. We used the property to hold a leadership off site meeting, as well as host a family dinner. The location is awesome, and the layout of the house is very cool. I would not stay here again though. It seemed like the cleaning service missed quite a bit of things which is a mistake, but this house needs a total renovation. The ceiling is droopy in spots, the white couch is black with use, the beds droop in the middle. It has incredible potential, but needs TLC.

Great Vacation Home

We had a great week with our huge family! The house was big and slept all of us comfortably! Little outdated and the light switches throughout are not normal and some didn’t work, but made do with what did work! Needs more towels and bedding for the pull out sleepers, but washed/dried towels daily and kept them handy. The kids enjoyed the tennis court and the swimming pool! The pool was very cold, should had had it heated but was too expensive to pay for every night! Was told the temp was in the 80’s without the heater but was way colder than that, I didn’t swim at all. Great location if the house, close to pretty much everything in OKC! Would definitely stay at the house again!

Lovely home

The home is in a great neighborhood and has an abundance of space. I appreciated the host communicating and responding in a timely manner after reporting issues. We had continued issues with kitchen sink not draining which made it hard for our chef to have meals prepared on time. Additionally, I did not like that the home only provided one trash can, in the kitchen, for the entire house to use. The master bathroom had used wash rags in the shower and the garage was filled with old trash upon arriving. We could not use dumpsters provided because they were all full as if someone forgot to put them out on trash day. Overall, our family was able to be in one place and spend quality time with one another and I wouldn’t have changed that for the world. Thank you Brownsville Mansion for being the home I became a Mrs at!

Hi K'Deshia , thank you for your feedback. I'm glad the event was memorable, but i want to clarify a couple of points. Our home was prepared to accommodate your group, and the kitchen was in good working order before your stay. Unfortunately, more guests than agreed upon did caused some inssues including a clogged drain. Regarding the trash can, we provide one for the kichen and one for every bathroom, with extra bags provided for convenience. It was just rather unfortunate that K'Deshia brought in more guests than the agreed number which is the carrying capacity of the house. We do have a 24/7 maintenance team available to address any concerns that may arise. We are dedicated to provide the best services to all our guests. Thank you!!

Stay Away!!

We were informed an hour before check-in that there was a minor issue with a gas line being worked on at the back of the house, but the host assured us everything was working inside. We get there to find the whole backyard has a trench dug across it and gas line exposed and caution tape everywhere. It looked like a crime scene! There was no hot water during our entire stay. I kindly asked for a discounted price due to the conditions of the property and the fact that we stayed the weekend. The owner denied the request, but said they would discount a future stay. Are you kidding me?!? I would never rent this property or from this owner ever again. They left us no option, but to stay with a 1 hour notice before check in and on top of that lying about the condition of the property just to make a dollar. If you are looking for a place to stay in Oklahoma City, be sure to look somewhere else and stay away from this house!
