Crashing waves, sunsets, and gulf breezes are ready to be enjoyed on your private 15th floor balcony, overlooking the gulf. One of the most spacious condos on the beach, includes large bedrooms, bathrooms, and a roomy kitchen/dining/living area. Quiet, corner unit with plenty of widows, recently updated and equipped for your vacation needs. Located within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment, but accommodates your culinary skills with a stainless grill on the patio with gazebo for meals at home. Amenities include fitness area, hot tub, steam sauna, ice machine, and indoor and outdoor pools.

Kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops, tile floors, and a large snack bar.

Unit has 2 spacious tiled master bathrooms with walk-in showers and jetted tubs. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and televisions.

Unit is professionally cleaned and all linens are laundered between every visit.

Maintenance is conveniently located onsite.

Parking passes on purchased at the 3rd floor lobby from Escapes! To the Shores. Passes are good for the entire stay. Price of passes is currently $40.

Privately managed by owner for a more personal experience.

Just Like New

This condo truly appears to be brand new. There is not one blemish or problem. Living room furniture is extremely comfortable. Large screen TV. Very accommodating kitchen with all needed utensils and cookware. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were roomy with great tubs and showers. Even the furniture on the balcony was super comfortable and the 15th floor provides amazing views. Being a corner unit allows for a nice breeze as well. Both outside and inside pools are amazing and outside cooking area with fire place is unmatched at any complex we have ever stayed at. Only suggestion, and this is a really small one, the headboard on the bed in the room closest to the front door seems to be loose and makes some noise when you adjust while sleeping. Trust me, you will be very happy you chose this unit. One final comment, the owner is also very receptive, friendly and helpful. Great weekend getaway!!!!!

Amazing!

We loved our stay! Everything was super clean and looked newly updated. The decor was great. We loved sitting on the patio, I can't imagine a better view! We also enjoyed the pool/sauna/steam room and fitness center. The location was really convenient for us, we could walk to restaurants! We highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again.
