During the years of my employment, we used to spend every summer in the house we now offer for rent. We love this privileged
Suburb and area and all the great activities it has to offer, namely the beaches and all the natural beauty all around which is the best-kept secrets of Athens for centuries. We have two kids one lives in Greece and the other one in Chicago. My wife and I love swimming,
Beach side walking, reading books, seeing movies in the 4-5 open air movie theaters in the area, Greek cooking, sight seeing, helping friends especially older ones with errands among other activities and traveling in Greece and abroad. We have entertained many friends at our house and if you come to stay with us, you will want to return
for more wonderful fun-filled days.

The apartment is located in the privileged and quiet suburb of Athens, an area along the Attika coastline comprised mainly of country housing and also of much larger houses and/or Villas. Beautiful beaches can be found by taking a 5-minute (downhill) walk from the front door of the apartment. The rental is the ground floor of a two story Villa located in the exclusive residential area of Saronida. This apartment is accessed through the gated entrance to the villa and has wireless internet access, central heat, air-conditioning (all rooms), tile floors and a beautiful large patio with table and chairs and outside grill. It also has full access to a striking garden with all kinds of flowers and roses, green lawn, vines and fruit trees like lemon, orange, figs, tangerines.

In less than 1km away is the main business street of Saronida Avenue, where a number of shops are located such as full scale supermarket, bakeries, cafeterias, restaurants, fresh fish market, fast foods (excellent souvlaki), bars, taverns as well 4 open air cinemas. There is a large kids playground area, tennis and basketball courts and a mini market open longer hours.

Saronida is conveniently located 20 minutes drive from Athens International airport and the subway/Metro to from down town Athens.
