A cosy vacation house/apartment with all comforts ready to fulfil all your needs for relaxation!
Nelly’s house/apartment is 50 m2, and consists of a living room, a dining room, an open plan kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. The 3rd and 4th persons may be accommodated at the sofa and an extra bed in the living room. The living room gives to a beautiful balcony which has side sea view. Two sunbeds, a table and chairs for 4 persons are placed at the balcony. The house is located on the 1st floor and can be reached by stairs.
The guests may not share the garden with Lagonisi Ruby’s Pool Villa; they may only share the private parking that is situated in the garden.
The sea is 200 m. away, less than a 10 minute walk.
Nelly’s house/apartment provides its guests with contemporary comforts such as satellite TV system and Wi-Fi internet connection.
Within walking distance one can find a mini market, cafes, pharmacy shop, medical centre, bakery and restaurants.
The location is ideal since guests may enjoy the serenity and calmness of the surroundings as well as visit Athens, Sounio or other attractions within 40 minutes.
