Great Vacation Home but, few issues.

Pros: The home was spacious for 9 of us and we all had enough space. No one was overcrowded at all. The theme rooms were amazing. I specifically looooved the theater room as we are big Harry Potter fans. We had a big movie night in there as a family and it was awesome. All the men enjoyed the arcade games also. The Toy Story bedroom and Mickey Mouse bedroom were a big hit. The 2 King bedrooms upstairs were beautiful. Neighborhood was very desirable and well kept. Cons: We had a small ant problem but, it was addressed immediately by pest control. A gentleman came out not long after the complaint who was very nice and helpful. The pool needed to be cleaned when we arrived but, I believe it was left dirty from previous guests and was cleaned day after we arrived. The biggest complaint is the alarm on the back door to pool. It was installed for security but it went off so much we didn’t even want to go outside. It isn’t made for sliding door’s because you have to line up the doors a specific way and can only see on inside. It was really tough when we tried to swim and cookout at same time as we planned.

Pool and hot tub didn’t work properly but house was nice

The house was beautiful and comfortable but unfortunately the hot tub and the pool had issues. The first evening (Saturday) after we put our kiddos down we were excited to jump into the hot tub. It was about 60ish outside but the hot tub was barely warm. we paid to have everything heated. We called the property management the next day (Sunday) who confirmed it was not heating up to temperature. They came the following day (Monday afternoon) but no one notified us that it was fixed I just happened to look out the window to see them working on it. We were able to use the hot tub that evening. Tuesday we stepped into the pool with our kiddos and nearly burned our skin. I called the property management and explained how extremely hot it was they said they could see it was malfunctioning and they’d send someone back. I checked the pool temp with my child’s thermometer and it was 103! So between the the hot tub temp being barley warm initially to the pool being scorching hot we could barley use the pool or hot tub with our 3 and 1 year old. I asked for a refund of some sort of at least for the pool heat amount and they said they’d reach out after an assessment. We never heard back. We came from a cold weather state and really wanted to be able to swim and use the hot tub in the evenings so it was very unfortunate. Aside from that - the house was large, well equipped and very clean. The theatre and game room was a big hit with our 3 year old. I also love that basically every room had black out curtains - super helpful with napping little ones. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The vicinity to everything was great - we love the reunion area. The Toy Story room was awesome but the slide is very fast and close to the door and door frames so adult supervision is needed depending on the age of kids or how adventurous they are! The Mickey room was also nice but none of the gaming consoles worked regardless of trying to charge them. Overall would’ve been a great property but the issues with the pool and hot tub made it very disappointing as that was our main reason for staying at this property and the management company didn’t seem to care about the issues.

Beautiful House

This was a beautiful house in a gated community. We didn’t get a chance to check out the Reunion amenities. Check in was very easy as it was contact free. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans to use. Some training on how to use some of the features of the house would have been appreciated.

Wonderful property

We didn’t didn’t want to skip another year of Florida because of COVID. We stayed at the house almost the entire trip to avoid loathe groups of people. Our kids were happy with swimming, movie nights, and video games. We hope to stay here again next year.

Great stay near Disney and Universal

We loved staying at this house. It was very clean and just as the pictures showed. The theme rooms were fun for the kids and the others were comfortable for the adults. We enjoyed the pool in the yard and even spent an afternoon at the Reunion water park, which was fun. Quick drive to Disney and Universal made for a great location.

Perfect for Disney Vacay

This property was very nice and perfect for our family trip to Disney. After a long day in the parks it was great to retreat back to the house where the kids could enjoy a swim in the pool without crowds of people around. The home was nicely decorated and true to the pictures. The Harry Potter movie room was so much fun and a huge hit with our entire family, we used it each night of our stay. We cooked two meals there and the kitchen/grill area was equipped with everything that we needed. We were traveling with a baby and the baby gear was also much appreciated - pack-n-play, high chair and umbrella strollers. This is the second time that we have rented a home in Reunion and will likely do so again when traveling with our entire family... Its conveniently located to Disney and Universal and just so nice to be able to be together in the evenings with our own pool. Our last Disney accommodation was Animal Kingdom which we loved, but the bus ride to and from the parks was longer than our drive from Reunion - which can be rough when you are herding young children and dealing with a stroller. We would rent this house again.

Great house overall

The pool had several chunks of moss at the bottom when we arrived on a Tuesday and when we called we were told that the pool is scheduled for weekly cleanings on Mondays. May want to check on your cleaning service. Otherwise the house was really great! Movie room entertained the kids for hours and after we got the moss out of the pool, we enjoyed the pool area very much.

Nice house, great pool- improvements needed

Property management company was not very responsive. House wasn't overly clean when we arrived and ants were a major issue. Constantly had ants crawling on my computer and coffee cup while I was trying to work from the home. Rugs/cabinetry are a bit worn. Paid an expensive resort fee but not sure its worth it. A lot of restaurants were closed, couldn't get into the gym without a special card that no one would give me- followed up with prop mgmt company multiple times and was told I needed to put down an additional deposit to get a card which seems ridiculous especially when advertised as unlimited resort access.. Used the water park a few times but not sure that justifies the resort fee. Pool, hottub and outdoor space was great. House is very well decorated and the movie room is very cool!
