4 of 5 toilets clogged + bad reception

Qlthough the property is super fun we had 4 of 5 toilets clogged upon arrival. They were fixed the next day. Then theater was hard to manage and there was no signal. Overall we had a great time but would have preferred not to deal with these issues while we were there

The house was clean however, it needs updating and you can tell it is a rental and starting to show signs of such. Carpet needs to be cleaned, finger prints on the wall, etc. When we arrived the hot water did not work so we had to call and wait for it to be repaired and the last guest had lowered the hot water temp so it had to be adjusted. The company did arrive within 30 mins to repair it but we did have plans that were delayed. The hot water throughout the trip too a long time to heat up each time the hot water was turned on which was a pain. The sliding doors had an alarm for the pool which is required but the doors need work. Even when they are closed it is hard for the alarm to detect that they were closed and it would sound off. We had to balance the doors which are heavy, each time so the alarm would not continue to sound off and we just stopped going outside because it was hard to get the doors in balance. This should not be the case. When they are closed the alarm should be disabled. Also, there is not a lot of parking, really enough for only two cars so may sure you don't need to bring additional vehicles. Overall, it was clean and my daughter loved the princess room, beds were comfortable and it was clean just needs work. I would not look to stay at this same house in the future as it was just ok.

Wonderful family home for young children with drawbacks

Magical Vacations was a great company to work with during our stay. The agents were all very kind and helpful. The house itself has lots of bedrooms and baths and the young children in our family loved the themed bedrooms. The location was nice and we enjoyed the pool. However, we paid for an early check in and when we arrived, there was still garbage in the garbage cans (no bags so we had to empty by hand). There was also no toilet tissue or soap. And the dishes and glasses in the cabinets were all dirty (dried food and grease). We understand the law about the pool alarm for the sliding door, however it was quite a nuisance. The actual gate to the pool was broken.... if there is an alarm to get outside, they should have a gate that shuts and works to prevent young kids from getting in the pool. The main tv did not work and we had to call for help with it. Most of the ceiling fans also did not work. The biggest drawback was having extremely hard mattresses on all the beds. We all would wake up with very sore backs. We would definitely rent through Magical Vacations again but we would not rent this particular house because of the hard mattresses and very annoying sliding pool door. Overall though, the house accommodated our family of ten ranging in age from 4-80 quite well and we appreciated the help and professionalism from the agents at Magical Vacations. They listened to our complaints and were very fair and accomodating with respect to the various issues.

We had so much fun!

Beautiful home, just a couple of stains on the carpet but aside from that we had a great time! Would most definitely recommend this property and would rerent in the future.

Great house/Amenties....beware of construction

Overall home was great. The highlight was the themed loft and kids bedrooms, big winner with them. Few minor issues, nothing worth mentioning since I didn't have enough time in the house to really use all the amenities at the home. Was too cold on my trip to take advantage of the pool area. One MAJOR NEGATIVE was the unwanted wake up call everyday at 7am from construction across the street. Wish I would of been advised of that prior to checking in.

Great Experience

Best rental experience. Family of 7 ranging in ages 5-75. All had a wonderful time. Home was impeccable, clean and decorated beautifully. Managed well with handbooks in home on how to work everything. Close to parks. Wish we had more time in house. No one wanted to leave. Will definitely be coming back.
