You can’t beat the location of this brand new townhome: under a mile to the marina, close to public beach access and restaurants, and right next to Mike’s Market (Garden City’s new–and only–supermarket) and Ace Hardware. Perfect for families with a fully stocked kitchen, three bedrooms, a large family room, and three full bathrooms. Top it off with a brand new 3-person sauna and massage chair to relax in, and you’ve got a wonderful family retreat!

Our stay at this home in Garden City, Utah was an amazing experience for my family. The house has absolutely everything you could need, and it’s clear the owner has thought of every little detail. It truly feels like a home away from home, with so many thoughtful touches that make your stay comfortable and relaxing.The massage chair is incredible, and having a sauna in the garage was such a fantastic bonus. Everything is perfectly organized and exactly where it should be.I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Garden City, Utah. It’s truly a 100% recommended place for a relaxing and memorable family getaway!

Wonderful newer 3-bedroom, 3 bath townhome at touristy Bear Lake. Walking distance (less than 15min) to "downtown" as well a 3 minute walk to a full-on grocery mart, gas station, a souvenir shop & a bike rental place - if you'd rather ride & glide. The marina is also within walking distance.The home was clean, light, and airy, and the host provided everything as expected. The home also had a sauna, gas BBQ grill, a foosball table, and board games to keep you entertained in case of bad weather or you just need to chill and relax. We visited during the shoulder season, so many restaurants and gift shops were not open. But it was relaxing to be at the lake before the summer holiday season kicks off.We would absolutely pick this charming home again.

This townhouse is located in a great area of garden city. There is a grocery store within walking distance and a walk/bike path nearby. It is a very clean place, well-stocked and very comfortable. The tv system was simple to work and all appliances were in great working condition. We loved staying here and enjoyed being able to get to the Beaver mountain resort within 20 minutes as well as some great hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for a family. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and house was immaculately clean. Loved the large family room area and lots of fun games in the upstairs closet. The location is perfect if headed to Bear Lake Marina.

Appreciate how well the place was stocked. Plenty of room for kids as well as a nice supply of games. Very comfortable. It was also withing walking distance of a gas station, grocery store and hardware store. Highly recommend!

Perfect Bear Lake Vacation Stay

This stay was absolutely fantastic! This townhouse is in the perfect location and right by all the fun in town. It was the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in and a very nice place. Had everything we could’ve asked for. Host was great and left us a little goody bag which we loved! Overall, 10/10! You will not be disappointed!

Clean new basic property with a weird layout

We were pleased enough with our stay, but wished the listing had clarified a few more things... especially the layout. The main level has a kitchen, master bedroom w master bathroom. The second level has the living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. We really wanted and expected the living and dining room would be on the same level. Since it’s not, unfortunately this meant our family was often split in two different locations instead of all having a central location to spend together. Also, if you want to use a bathroom on the main level you have to go into the master bedroom and to the master bathroom. There is not a powder room on the main level for guests to use. The kitchen supplies are very basic, so you may be happier if you mostly plan to eat out. The unit is new and was clean, so that’s a positive. They also give you a list of chores to do upon checking out which we thought was too much after paying cleaning fee. Overall, I feel like for some it could be a great rental for you, but it's nice to know a few more details ahead of booking. We did get it for the price of other two bedrooms we were looking at so the price was good, and the location was great.

The 'chores' we ask are simple things that allow our housekeeper to clean an entire over 2,000 square foot home in between guests in less than 5 hours (imagine all that laundry!), and we have found them to be pretty standard among all the professional house cleaners in Garden City: take your garbage out to the bin in the garage, start the dishwasher, and remove your food from the fridge. We'll take your advice and add more info about the layout of our home to the listing. Thanks!

Property was described as a house. It is, in fact, a town home. There is absolutely no outside space in this complex so the tweens were playing in the street. The town home is new yet there are already small cracks in a couple walls and nails poking through a wall upstairs. We were very disappointed to have no living space downstairs. The dining area only seats 6 at the table. This is ALL the space available for gathering on the ground level. To walk upstairs requires navigating a very steep 16 steps. At 71, this was not ideal.It is a nice, clean property. If it is used only for sleeping it is perfect. As a retreat, we found it inadequate.

Wow, Diane, if you were trying to hurt us, you certainly did. I'm sorry our home didn't live up to your expectations. However, I clearly state in the listing headline AND in the first sentence of the listing that it is a townhome. I'm also pretty specific about the layout in the description, and the photos are not misleading. I'm sorry it wasn't what you were hoping for.
