Perfect View of Bear Lake!

Loved our stay at Bear Lake! Very convenient to all thats needed, gorgeous sunrises. Was there for the Bear Lake Trifecta so the pool and hot tub were perfect, the kitchen was so nice to be able to cook some meals at our location! Would love to stay again!

Great service and accommodations.

The place was very clean and nicely decorated. Owners were very nice and helpful. Everything went smooth and we enjoyed the weekend very much.

Highlight of our trip

We did a road trip of all of Utah ending it with Bear.This place was clean and beautiful views. Our only mistake was only booking one night.

Quiet with a beautiful view!

Great townhome in a quiet neighborhood. I saw some wildlife (deer and wild turkeys) while I was watching the sunrise from the balcony.

Perfect location for family reunion

The condo was perfect for our needs. We had two adults and 3 children. The kids enjoyed the community pool and played games on the lawn and basketball. We were attending a family reunion and had family members rent in the same development. The property manager was very responsive to my questions. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacation Fun!

We had the best time @ Bear Lake. The place was wonderful! The views do not disappoint. We watched the fireworks from the patio. The condo was very comfortable for the 6 of us! The beds were very comfortable. So important in a rental property. We would definitely stay again!!😊

Short but sweet.

We just stayed 1 night but the property was clean quiet, nicely furnished and had a great view of the lake. I recommend it.

Clean and comfortable with amazing lake view

My family had a great weekend at this condo. It is centrally located yet still quiet and you can't beat the view. It is worth noting that the parking is not at the same level as the front door - there is a staircase connecting them. A mirror in the upstairs hall or master bedroom would be nice for getting ready when someone else is using the bathroom.

Exceptional

Our place was changed because of a parking lot being resurfaced. The host called and explained and gave us other available options. The place was clean, decorated so well and the kitchen was great. Very comfortable and inviting. The place on Rasberry Patch Rd in garden city made us want to go back for a future visit.

Not bad, won't stay again.

Photos were deceiving it looked like you were right above the pool. You actually have to drive from the condo to the pool.

This was our first time in Garden City and it was amazing. The building we stayed in was clean and perfect with the most amazing view. We are making it a new tradition to book 942 #4 and come back every year!

Nice get away

The views were beautiful, location was good. We did have to drive to get to the beaches. The description of the property indicates 450yds to the water which is true but this is not the beach it is the marina. The bike path is at the entry way to the complex and it is very nice you can ride to a lovely beach. The property was clean. A few things to know, there are 2 full bathrooms one is immediately off the kitchen and the other is upstairs shared by the 2 bedrooms. The "Master" has a lovely deck which we sat out there every evening. The grill is a George Foreman electric grill and although you may think this is a negative with the fires and restrictions in place it was actually nice to be able to cook outside and not worry. The house has a Kuerig coffee machine which we are not fond of and purchased and left a drip maker. There is no iron or ironing board which was fine as we were not planning on going out for dinners during COVID-19; we ,played tennis, biked, hiked and paddle board so no need for an iron. There is no blow dryer again not an issue for what we were doing. The one thing which was missing and is needed glassware, everything was plastic not a drinking glass or wine glass to be had. Other than the missing glassware the location was great. We had a wonderful time and the interaction with Natalie was very prompt and helpful.

Enjoyable stay at Bear Lake

Perfect place for our stay at Bear Lake - close to everything we wanted to do. The condo had all necessary amenities and a great view too!

Amazing lake view!

We loved this house. Has everything we needs. The only one problem is the internet, too slow especially if you come with teenager but except of that, we enjoy a lot this beautiful house. We plan to back soon!!
