3 bedroom, 2 bath with a newly renovated interior space provides a modern and clean design to provide you with the perfect place to relax after exploring the mountains of Golden, Colorado.

Modern stainless steel Wolf appliances, central AC, 4 smart TVs and two living spaces with an open concept kitchen make for a great family and entertaining space.

We are only 5 minutes from Downtown Golden and 10 minutes from Downtown Denver. Plenty of dining and shopping nearby in Golden &Colorado Mills

Local property manager is available for emergencies.

Residential neighborhood in Lakewood/Golden near Golden Mills. 5 minutes to Downtown Golden.
10 Minutes to Downtown Denver.


Entire home however, there is an owner Lock Off inside the home for owner visits.
Parking: 2 driveway parking spaces.

Master Bedroom: King Bed.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed.
Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Trundle Beds (4 twins total).
Each bedroom has a smart TV, closets and nightstands.

2 full bathrooms. Both equipped with modern amenities and stocked with fresh towels and essentials including body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

The property boasts 2 spacious living areas both with plenty of seating and smart TVS.

🍳 Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. It features modern wolf brand appliances, ample counter space, and cookware. PLEASE NOTE: at this time there is no dining table.

Absolutely, we LOVE dogs.

Good little spot

Good location, 15 minutes from golden with lots to do around there. House was very clean and provided all you need and very pretty inside. Owner communicated well and was very helpful. Would stay again!

This home is a great location for activities. The amenities are wonderful and designed to accommodate a large group without feeling too tight. The property manager is easy to touch base with and made sure we were comfortable. R.

Lovely stay!

This home is wonderful! Very clean and well stocked. The kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you need! Beds are comfy, the basement couch is the best gathering space to play games, nap, watch tv or just chill. The layout is so nice and allows privacy and plenty of room to hangout. I would definitely recommend to stay here. Close to so many restaurants, shopping, and super convenient to Red Rocks!

Wonderful place to stay

This rental was perfect. Nice quiet safe neighbor located close to so many things. The house was super clean and lots of space. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is huge and worked great for making meals in. Owner was super easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to be near Golden/Lakewood area.

Great communication

Communication with the owner was fantastic. We were missing a desk chair and they sent a new one in hours. The inside was great. Very clean. The outside is not remodeled yet but was fine. We would stay here again.
