This charming third row Surf City beach house has been lovingly remodeled, but still retains the charm of days gone by on Topsail Island. The ceiling is knotty pine beadboard; something you just don't find any more! It is nestled into a small neighborhood of family homes, with lots of happy kids and dogs walking on the street as there is a children's playground on the same block. The beach is only one block away, so you can easily spend all day running back and forth to the waves and sand without crossing any busy roads! If Mom and Dad need a night out, you can easily stroll two blocks to the famous Trailer Bar for live music. Or, Daddy Macs, IGA grocery, and Unwined Wine Bar are just a mile and a half away. This adorable bungalow is just waiting to embrace your family with the perfect beach vacation where you can create memories for years to come!
Ground Level:
Private Free Parking for 4 vehicles, size dependent. Gravel parking pad. Outdoor shower, grassy yard.
Level 2: We are a one story home on pilings.
Three Porches-
Oceanside Entrance Sun Deck: Grill, outdoor seating for 6.
Screened In Porch: at side entrance, picnic table, string lights.
Back Sun Deck: at Kitchen Door, outdoor seating for 2.
Living Room: sofa, rocking chair, credenza, Smart TV, ceiling fan.
Kitchen: dining table for 4, counter seating for 2, granite countertops, refrigerator-freezer, bottled water station, dishwasher, microwave, electric range, double stainless steel sinks, fully equipped for cooking meals at home.
Shared Hallway Bathroom: bathtub and tile shower, single vanity, toilet
Primary Bedroom: queen bed, fold out queen futon, large dresser, armoire, wall mounted TV, ceiling fan.
Guest Bunkroom: twin over twin bunk bed with twin trundle, desk and chair.
Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds.
Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

- No smoking inside, outside, or in common areas downstairs
- You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.
Pet Policy: Dogs Only Allowed. An additional dog may be added with restrictions and additional payment.
Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail.
