Welcome to our Private Bayside Retreat with Panoramic Water Views Of Sarasota Bay, Downtown Sarasota, the Ringling Bridge, Lido Key and Longboat Key. Enjoy your Vacation in spectacular luxury within this distinguished gem on the bay. Privacy, serenity, Florida charm, and sunsets to take your breath away. Close to IMG Golf Academy & Clubhouse, 6 miles to Sarasota Airport, 8 miles to Downtown Sarasota, Beaches or Bradenton Beach & Anna Marie Island. 15 miles to Siesta Key or St Armands Circle.

We recently finished tons of upgrades to make this home "EVEN BETTER" for our guests. Some upgrades include: A Brand New Pool and Hot Tub, Sauna, A Huge Outdoor Kitchen/Grilling area/Bar with Granite Countertops, Stainless Appliances, Including a Huge Grill, Drop in Countertop Cooler for Ice & Refreshments with fruit/condiment holder, Refrigerator, Sink, 20 Barstools, Plus additional seating and a Lounging/Relaxing area with Nice Outdoor Furniture, Firepit by the Water, Cabana near the Pool, A Large Grassy Area for pets, A Large White Sand Area for Playing outdoor Games, Kids & Pets love this Area too. You can Launch Kayaks & SUP's directly off the dock. We provide 4 Kayaks, 2 (SUP) Stand up Paddle Boards, 1 Canoe, Plenty of Pool Toys/Accessories, 8 Chaise Loungers, 6 Adirondack Chairs, Tables, Chairs, 4 Large Umbrella's, Plenty of Beach Towels, Beach Accessories, Coolers, Outdoor Games (including cornhole & Jumbo Checkers). The entire pool area & pool deck are updated with beautiful gray & white pavers, surrounded by a sitting wall. Indoors we have added a Large Smart TV to every Bedroom, Living Room & Game Room and outside in the outdoor lounging area. All TV's have Premium Direct TV Streaming and Peacock Premium. We have High Speed Streaming Wi-Fi, Lots of Board games for the whole family, Books, Dice, Cards, Ping Pong Table, Dart Board. There's an Elevator (which is wonderful to take suitcases and groceries up to the main floor 27 Stairs). The elevator is large enough for anyone in a wheelchair and can be used for all guests if you prefer not to take the stairs. We look forward to having you as our guests in 2022 and beyond!

All guests will be charged an additional 5% for Manatee County tourist tax for each booking as required by Manatee County for vacation tax.

The property and location are to die for. The pool is awesome and there are plenty of activities to entertain everyone. The check in and check out process was easy and well laid out for us. We had a couple issues but the owners took care of everything quickly. Great stay!

Family Vacation

By far the best property we have stayed at for our family vacations to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and patio area to relax and enjoy the view. Saw dolphins in the bay and various birds. Close to restaurants and beaches which we enjoyed.

Can’t Beat This Bayside Retreat!

We had such a great time staying here! The house was the perfect size for our group of 8 — super comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool area and outdoor kitchen were amazing and quickly became our favorite spot to hang out. You can’t beat the water views this home has, especially at sunset! The host was very quick to respond and so helpful with any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Amazing stay for a 13 yr old soccer tourney

What a beautiful view! We truly enjoyed ourself. Close proximity to the sarasota cup fields. Girls just wanted to come home and jump in the canoe. Amazing sunsets!!!house was large enough to accommodate 4 families.

Great house

This house was the perfect size for our 12 family members… and it was right on Sarasota Bay. Kayaks and paddle boards were available which we all loved!! Different people fished everyday and poles and tackle were provided. The very spacious patio had a beautiful pool and a large area to play corn hole which my family loved. The owner was VERY accessible and answered all my questions immediately…. It was a wonderful stay!

The home itself was absolutely stunning and had a beautiful setup for a relaxing trip. We really enjoyed the property and appreciated how responsive the host was when we reached out with questions.However, there were a few issues during our stay that made the experience more frustrating than expected. The pool was unfortunately not heated, and despite trying to troubleshoot it during our stay, we were unable to get it working, so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool. Due to the current drought conditions and low water levels, we also could not use the paddle boards as advertised.We also had ongoing issues with the TV/WiFi connection and were unable to stream or watch the playoff hockey game we had planned to watch during the trip. When we asked for assistance, the troubleshooting guidance provided unfortunately did not resolve the issue.While the property itself is beautiful, I do think the overall guest experience could be improved with better property management, maintenance support, and communication style from the host throughout the stay.

Beautiful Home

This is one of the most beautiful homes I've had the opportunity to stay in. The water views, pool area, landscaping, and surrounding feel like paradise. I often notice that houses look better in photos than real life but this house was the opposite. It's even better in person! The hosts were very responsive (responded almost immediately) and helpful. Their check-out requirements are very reasonable and easy. We had a great combination of fun, serenity, and rejuvenation during our stay. Thank you!

Beautiful Weekend.

We had an amazing stay at your guys home. Thank you so much for going out of your way to allow us in a day early to decorate. Your home is amazing and so accommodating for a family. The baby gate and the high chair were much appreciated. Also the well stocked kitchen and beautiful outdoor kitchen were amazing. Also we were worried about the pool being warm because of the colder weather but the heater must have been working over time because the pool was nice and warm. We had a blast and will definitely be back again. Thanks so much for everything and the great communication!!!!!!

Fabulous home

Eight of us celebrated my mom’s 90th birthday for 4 days and this home was perfect. The outdoor space is fabulous…so many different areas to hang out. The home is very well equipped from sheets, towels, beach towels, toilet paper, games. It’s really got everything. We had a private chef come and do the birthday dinner. The kitchen is open and spacious with a huge dining table so great spot for the chef and us the rest of the week. Marianne was so responsive to a couple of my questions and so easy to work with. We all had such a wonderful time and wholeheartedly recommend a stay at this home.

The property is beautiful and spacious, and that serve our needs exactly as intended. People were able to work and exist in their own spaces, as well as come together for teamwork. The views are epic! The wildlife in the area, especially the birds are a constant source of entertainment.As far as the cleanliness goes, I think the Cleaning team needs to be held more responsible. There was obviously glass left on the kitchen floor from a former renter because one of my staff ended up with Glass in her foot. When I went to check the bed for bedbugs the first thing that I noticed was hair on the sheets. The sheets are very worn and not up to my standard for the cost of this property. Also, I think better equipped bathrooms with things such as shampoo and conditioner should be the norm and AirBnB‘s by now.

There were seven of us that stayed at the house. It exceeded our expectations! One of the biggest things for us is how private it was. The side closest to the pool has no residence, just trees and wildlife. The other side had a home. The one time we went out to the dock to take pictures, the neighbors went inside to not bother us. It is hot in Florida during June!! We spent the majority of our time in the pool. We were grateful for the umbrellas that could be set up around the pool to help provide shade. Our grocery shopping was done on day one, so there was no reason to leave the house. My favorite memories are the nights that our grown-up kids cooked dinner with their friends. We sat around the island, laughing and talking. Lunches were fun using the outdoor kitchen to grill and gather. I enjoyed being able to wash the beach towels and have them ready to go for the next day. It wasn't necessary because they were plenty of towels, but I enjoyed doing it. One morning the girls did Pilates on the dock. One evening we ventured to Longboat Key Island to grab some appetizers and drinks. Our grown-up kids traveled from California and Texas to meet us here. It is definitely something we all want to do again! It was very easy to access entry into the home. You do need to read the little book they leave you so you know how to keep the doors from blowing open. Once we figured that out, everything was perfect! Thank you so much for having us!
