I, the undersigned, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Property owner and manager and its affiliates, agents, employees, and authorized third parties, from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney`s fees, arising out of or related to my participation in during use of booked property.

Family Vacation

Wonderful family vacation on beautiful lake Keuka. Very interesting home with bedrooms on all three levels with several private areas throughout the property. Hosts were very responsive with our many questions. We stayed there during the rements of DEBBIE . Our Jet Skii which was tried to the dock

Great getaway!

There were 9 in our party and we all had a great time! Check in instructions were clear and very helpful in finding the location. The house is big and we fit 5 kids/teens comfortably, while maintaining privacy with the different levels. The house is outside of town, so very quiet, but close enough to the wineries and good food like the Timber Stone Grill. Beautiful view with all the amenities you will need. Very clean as well. Shaun was very helpful and quick in answering questions and open to feedback. Would recommend!

Spacious family vacation

We had a great stay at this cottage! We have a large family and this house had enough room for all of us and probably more on the next trip. Very private feel both inside and outside of the home and all amenities you could need! Beautiful location and the 2 docks would be awesome to use in the summer months! Great time
