The Nest`s serene and stylish ambiance is the ideal escape from everyday life. Featuring a private entrance, this ground-floor suite boasts stunning views of the backyard. You`ll find all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms, and a sofa sleeper.
This ground-floor suite offers a private entrance and includes a king bedroom and a second bedroom featuring two twin beds. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a generously sized living room, laundry facilities, and a private full bathroom, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.
You will have exclusive access to the entire private suite and your own patio. Our property features three homes within a beautiful four-acre garden, allowing you to stroll through the gardens, relax by the pond, or enjoy catch-and-release fishing. Please note that this suite is located on the lower level, and there will be guests staying in the three-bedroom, two-bath unit above you.

Stu and Cathy have been hosting since 2010. We love what we do and hope that our reviews say it all. We have three homes on the same Estate, and seven homes in Cape Coral FL. Our hope is to make you a long time visitor to all of our homes.

We moved to this neighborhood in 1994. My dream was to rehab a historic property, raise our family and then turn the property into a bed and breakfast. This is our modern day rendition of that long ago dream. The Fruit Hill Farm Estate boasts the 5 bedroom 1860's farmhouse, The Guest House which is the upstairs unit, and The Nest which is the downstairs unit. We have opened the gardens often to Garden Tours and were the recipient of the Cincinnati Horticultural Societies Award.

You feel like you are in a quiet retreat and yet all the restaurants and shopping in Anderson is 2 minutes away! Down town Cincy is only 15 min via the interstate and the Ark is 45 minutes away. Riverbend Music Venue and Riverdowns racing is just 2 minutes away on the banks of the Ohio.
