This condo is in the best location of Miami Beach. Upscale area, safe and walking distance to restaurant, shops supermarket, banks etc.. The town of Surfside has a great downtown area filled with restaurants and stores. You Crosss the street and you are on the beach. The perfect place to walk to everything. Gracery store (Publix) 2 blocks away.
