The house is next to Pedra da Gávea, where you'll live in harmony with nature and the animals that make up the rainforest. Very spectacular! All this within a few minutes of our city.

This charming three-story house is located in one of the city's most noble spots, the Joá neighborhood. The house was built by the famous Brazilian architect Zanini, with wooden plank floors and decoration from Bali, India and other parts of Asia. The first floor consists of a living room and dining room, toilet, full kitchen, service area with a dependency for a servant. The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and a small living room. On the 3rd floor there is a spacious family area with a vintage sofa bed, which can be reversible as a double bed, and a bathroom. The outside area has a deck with an American style barbecue grill, swimming pool, and a beautiful view of the Pedra da Gávea. Covered parking space for 2 cars. Sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. The house has air conditioning in most of the rooms and ceiling fans.

Minimum accommodation of 2 nights - R$ 2,500.00 per day + electricity consumption

IMPORTANT NOTES:
The property has a caretaker that goes in the house daily to clean the outside area and pool.
The consumption of electricity will be charged in season rentals.
A security deposit (deposit) is charged and returned within 02 business days after check-out.
Check-in time: starting at 2 pm - after business hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: until 12pm - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-out outside business hours there is a convenience fee.

PROPERTY RULES:
FORBIDDEN parties/commemorations/after parties and pets on the property.
The house is limited to eight (8) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damage occurring during their stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, law governing the property or condominium bylaws.
