Small Town feel in Troutman

It was a nice cozy place to stay and visit our family in nearby Mooresville. Everything we needed was provided. We really appreciated the Reverse Osmosis Water Filter in the kitchen. Also the washer & dryer were new and plenty of features. Owners responded quickly to any questions we had.

A Peaceful Stay

The property was very welcoming and met our needs. We enjoyed our stay and it allowed for all to have individual space and family time. The location was very close to the fireworks which was wonderful.

Nice clean house, dog friendly, fenced yard

This house was perfect for us- a fenced yard for our dogs, a grill so we could have a family cookout and a5 min drive to the state park where we could hike by Lake Norman. Beds were comfortable and AC and Tv were great too.

Second stay

This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first time! We traveled with three adults and a dog. Family visited and there was plenty of room. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for a few weeks, and this day was amazing. The a host was accommodating and easy to get in touch with. We had a storm while we were here and he reached out prior to tell us he was there to help if anything happened. The house is very well kep and we had no problems with anthing in the home. Visiting the Grand-twins

We traveled with our dog and had our two year old Grand-twins visit. The house was a perfect space for them to enjoy! It was clean and in a great location. The host was welcoming. Would definitely stay again!!

Nice House

Clean, nice kitchen (no wine glasses). Comfortable beds, nice yard. Great location, State Park just down the road (no entrance fee), close to downtown and grocery store, close to a very pretty vineyard.

Great stay

The home was lovely and will be staying there again Home was clean and had all that you need. The deck out back is nice to sit and have your morning coffee. Have to say the master bed was extra comfortable. The host is easy to contact and always available. I would recommend this place to anyone.
