This completely remodeled cedar-sided home has a knotty pine interior. The living room has a fieldstone fireplace with a nine-foot patio door viewing the lake. The home has central air conditioning and two flat screen Tv's... New 16x17 air conditioned sunroom addition was just completed in October of 2021. The property is situated on a very level three-acre lot with 204 feet of private frontage. Seventy-five feet from the house and two steps down--you are at the water's edge. On the corner of the lot you will also have use of your own private boat landing. Great fishing and hunting, family water sports and snowmobile trails galore. Early check-in big plus, lake view was great, property well maintained, nice dock for swimming and fishing, and close enough to Eagle River but far enough away.Sunroom was a bonus however the sliding door could have used a screen for cross breezes. The furniture was comfortable throughout the home. Deck area was large and nice view. The lower-level bedroom areas where damp and cooler than the upstairs we were unable to regulate the temperature. We would have appreciated more cupboard space as we don't dine out on vacation.Disappointed in the cleanliness of the refrigerator upon arrival however upon departure, we left it cleaner than found. Numerous areas throughout the house need a thorough cleaning as there were cobwebs in all of the rooms, and all the floors needed vacuuming.

Thank you for review. So sorry that the cabin was not cleaned to your satisfaction. I just wish you would have informed me that the home needed additional attention when we spoke about 20 minutes after your early checkin. The cleaning staff was only 5 minutes away.
