Accommodations:

Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate jetted tub.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed.
Third Bedroom: Two full-sized bunks (sleeps 4).
Guest Bathroom: Tub/shower combination.
Living Room: Sofa sleeper (sleeps 2).

Amenity Starter Pack:

Essentials provided for the start of your stay. Travel size body wash, shampoo/conditioner. Dishwasher soap, kitchen scrubber, dish soap, laundry detergent, kitchen trash bags, bathroom trash bags, makeup remover, paper towels and toilet paper. These essentials will most likely not last you the entirety of your stay however they will get you started. Cleaning supplies are provided.

Important Information:

No smoking in the home or pool area.
Strictly no narcotics or medicinal narcotics.
No events, parties, or pets allowed.
Restrictions on certain vehicles and parking.

Note to Guests:

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach.
Pool may be heated $65. per day at any time of the year.
Community pool's are heated through Spring Break only.
Minimum age for renting is 25. No student groups allowed.

This is a pet friendly home with prior approval. Subject to weight and breed. Please ask Renda prior to booking with weight and breed of dog. $150 pet fee per pet. 2 pet max.
*Please hot tub is not jetted and does not get much warmer than the pool itself.

Beautiful place and pool was awesome. The only thing missing is a golf cart where most of the houses provide one with the rental but we rented our golf cart and it was perfect also. I loved being able to bring our small dog on vacation with us. We will definitely consider this home again.

''The house was very clean, and i loved that it had its own private pool. The kids had so much fun swimming and playing in it!'' The only thing that need to be fixed is the drain in the kids bathroom tub. But we had fun!!!!.

Best stay ever in Destin

This was one of the best vacation homes we have stayed at in Destin. Renda and Greg were super nice and always there if we needed them. We will definitely be back!

Our stay here was AMAZING!!!! the bed was super comfy and the pool was so much fun and private! the whole house itself was everything and more! The pictures on here are great, but when you get there We were blown away! The community was nice and we all felt very safe there. We are already talking about going back.. Nice Destin House with Heated Pool

Overall we were very happy with the house. It was very clean, the rental agent was responsive, close to the beach, and a great neighborhood. The only complaint was that I thought the separate "hot tub" in the backyard was a true hot tub that could be heated independently. It's actually just an extension of the pool. I guess the Hot Tub in the listing refers to the one at the neighborhood pool. Nonetheless, we were able to heat the whole pool so that it was plenty warm to swim in despite the cooler weather (which was great). It was close to the beach, although we drove as it was a bit longer of a walk than I would prefer if carrying a lot of beach gear. The beaches were beautiful. There were only 4 pool towels for our reservation of 5, so would recommend bringing your own. It was a great place to spend the week.

Perfect Florida Vacation

My mother and I spent a week at this rental and couldn't have asked for a better vacation! The pool was incredibly relaxing, and the hosts were kind and responsive. The beds were very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had so much fun at the house that we barely ventured out to explore the local attractions.My mom has difficulty with her knees, so it was wonderful that the pool had easy steps and a handrail, plus it was heated to the perfect temperature. The house was also very accessible, although we did need a stool for the bed for Mom. We're already looking to book our next trip!

Amazing!

This was one of the nicest properties that we have stayed at! We had an amazing week! We didn’t have any issues or complaints. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were pool toys and floats and also beach gear and toys in the garage. Renda is so sweet! She was super easy to communicate with and made sure that we were just able to relax. We will be renting with her again this coming year. The Destiny East community Is beautiful, safe, and close to everything.
