This newly constructed property with direct front access to the Blue River is one of a kind. This condo has one of the best locations in the complex. Creating a very quiet and mountain retreat feel. Open the sliding glass door and hear the soothing revitalizing sound of the Blue River. This feature is what sold us on this condo. The condo is walking distance to Blue Bird Market, Restaurants and Target. There is one designated parking spot in our car port and 1 guest parking pass, which is on a first come first come basis. Enjoy the new community hot tub and fire pit. This modern, bright, open floor plan w/ floor to ceiling patio doors, walk in glass shower, gas fireplace, Smart TVs, radiant heated floors, “FULLY” equipped kitchen, and a full-size washer/dryer. Meticulously decorated with BRAND NEW furniture (Restoration Hardware Furniture).

Centrally located to skiing, hiking, fishing, golfing, and outlet shopping close by!

Wonderful Stay

The unit was quite nice with convenient parking. The layout worked well for our family of four, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and the beds were very comfortable. Great stay! Highly recommended!

Great condo in Summit County

Great condo and perfect for a small family. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. Communication with the owner was always quick and easy. We will definitely stay here again. The condo is centrally located and is great if you plan to visit multiple ski areas or don't mind driving to a hiking trail.

Beautiful, convenient property

This was a beautiful condo with everything I was looking for. The kitchen was outstanding and having high-end speedy washer and dryer was a game-changer. The condo also included access to a private equipment locker adjacent to the covered parking port, both great bonuses! The gas fireplace and large smart TVs with high speed wifi made a cozy environment for all of us including a couple of pre-teens. One of the best places we've ever stayed. The location right off the main thoroughfare was incredibly convenient to restaurants and shopping in Silverthorne.
