Welcome home to Kickback Condo! With 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, this property provides ample space for you and your loved ones.The main bedroom and loft upstairs both offer a King Size bed, ensuring a restful night`s sleep. Located in close proximity to downtown restaurants and shopping. Soak in the private hot tub and stay connected with high-speed WiFi and enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the Roku TV provided.

Both bedrooms and full bath are upstairs. Living room, kitchen and half bath are downstairs. End unit so you have more privacy.

You have access to the entire condo. Enjoy!

The backyard is not fenced in and open to the hotel and parking lot a few feet from the hot tub so it is not private like it looks on the pictures.

Mountain retreat

A good short stay condo. I was disappointed that there was no outside seating but we found folding chairs at the local Dollar store. This is a very clean property and has a carport which saved my car during the hail storm.

Very clean, spacious, and easy check in/out. The hot tub was amazing and the atmosphere delightful. Great place to stay in a small neat town in the mountains.

We were in Cloudcroft for the holidays. The condo was convenient, reasonably priced for the season, clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen doesn’t have a microwave and is a little short on supplies so if you like to cook, be prepared. We would definitely come back.

Kickback Condo

Overall a nice experience. Great location. Comfy beds and great towels. The backyard is NOT fenced in - apparently has been that way a while. Some of the utensils were not clean and the kitchen faucet needs to be replaced.

Wonderful

Cute spot! Lots of critters. Needs a little maintenance; outdoor paint, new seals around windows, doors, screendoor hinges blew out, toaster oven broken, kitchen faucet issues. I will come nsck!

Kickback condo comments

The condo itself was decently clean and comfortable and the proximity to the village was great. The property said it has a fenced in area for our Dog but the "yard" was unkept and the fence that was there did not enclose the small yard area so we were not able to have our Dog out in the area unattended. The yard area also had some trash and was not maintained recently as weeds were high.

Quaint and Convenient

Our entire stay was fantastic! We really enjoyed the proximity within walking distance of the main strip in Cloudcroft, while still being out of the way and quiet. The hot tub was my daughter's favorite part! We love coming up here to get away from the summer heat and this was a perfect weekend retreat!

Cloudcroft stay

Our stay was enjoyable. Within walking distance to Mad Jack’s, which I would highly recommend. The condo was comfortable with the heaters. The condo was clean and comfortable. The only thing that was slightly bothersome was the blinds in the main bedroom were not installed (in the closet) and there are some bright street lights that shine through that window.
