Check in was delayed and chaotic. The entire staff (all around) was very nice through it all. We didn't get the room we reserved and it wasn't stocked with basics like paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The sliding door to the balcony was stuck and very hard to open/close.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry that your check-in was delayed and chaotic and that you did not receive the room you had reserved. We also apologize that the unit was not properly stocked with basic supplies and that you experienced issues with the sliding balcony door. We’re glad to hear that our staff remained friendly and helpful throughout the situation. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will share them with the appropriate teams so we can improve both the check-in process and the condition and preparation of our units. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope we have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.
