Host was great. Upgraded us no extra cost to a bigger home. Property was very clean. Communication was great. Only issue is a grass driveway and first day was raining so worried about getting stuck. Never did. But will stay again when down for a softball tournament.

When we arrived, we were changed to a backyard converted shed. Was clean tho. A/c was cool. Had base basic needs. No driveway, drove through yard to get to. Surrounding area was run down, but quiet. Probably won’t be back.

I enjoy the camping experience! If you have never been camping, this is a perfect way to get the experience! Lots of nice trees and outdoor area in the back yard! Spacious RV! This is also a great spot for a small group needing an affordable place to stay and walking distance to Grambling State University! This RV is located behind our main 3 Bedroom home, which is also an listed as a rental. You could rent the RV and get a 4th Bedroom.
