Bring your family to this spacious country basement suite where shopping (10 min), skiing (45 min), RSL Herriman (10 min), Wardle County park w/ 16 pickleball courts (5 min), etc. is just around the corner. Kick off your boots while watching the horses and farm animals from the windows or patio. Enjoy the spacious patio where the kids can ride scooters and play basketball while you use the Traeger Smoker. Play soccer on the nearly half acre of grass on the side yard. During the winter, you can build a snowman. Ping pong and foosball are available inside. Whatever your reason for being in town- Come enjoy this basement suite. It's a unique country experience close to everything yet down home.

Slice of heaven!

Very nice place! We had fun using the ping pong table and foozball table. Big open patio with plenty of space for the family to hang out. The hosts are amazing and very knowledgeable about the arwa.

Would stay again

The place was exactly as described-very nice accommodations at a great price. The beds were super comfortable. Great use of space. The kids had plenty of activities available to keep them entertained (with something other than electronics). We would definitely stay again!! Loved it!

I loved this space. We will be booking with Yolonda every time we visit. I stayed with my 2 boys ages 13 and 16. We were comfortable, watching Netflix movies and making breakfast. I was able to sleep so peacefully during our visit. The house was decorated to where it made us feel at home. Reina (Yolonda’s dog) was sucn a sweet dog. She is a Very friendly dog who likes when you talk to her and give her attention. We enjoyed her. I look forward to staying in this beautiful, and tranquil space again.

We live in a quiet country neighborhood with neighbors who have chickens, roosters, donkeys, goats, horses, cows. It's really farm country here. We have three horses and a beautiful dog. She likes to look in the basement window and see the people.

We are so close to so many fun places and yet a little slice of country. Owner lives upstairs.
