Gorgeous apartment loaded with amenities! Quick freeway and highway access. Unit located on the top floor of the apartment building! You have shared access to all the complex amenities as well such as the pool, gym, hot tub, club house, etc. Making it like you're at a private resort with a home away from home feel!

We're only 3 minutes away from the loveland living planet aquarium! It's an amazing spot to go for a date or family outing! Movie theaters, shopping centers, gas stations, grocery stores, and many other sites are within a 2-10 minute drive of the unit and you also have tons of fun locations like thanksgiving point and water park within the same distance!

Really good central location, about 20-30 minutes to basically anywhere in Salt Lake City/County and walking distance to the frontrunner train station. Lots of space, plenty of blankets, and plenty of bathroom/kitchen amenities and supplies. The place was clean and quiet and easy to get into, I had no complaints!

We thoroghly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. We appreciated that shower supplies were provided (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) since we were flying in from out of town. Instructions for accessing the unit were clear. The complex as a whole was quite nice. They gym was large and clean and had everything you need to get in a good workout. The pool area was nice as well. We enjoyed the common area, especially the outdoor rooftop space with the fireplace. The only thing missing were pool towels. We had to bring shower towels down to the pool and we really didn't have any to spare. Overall, it was a great stay! Starbucks within walking distance was a plus too, even though the unit had a keurig and provided coffee pods.

We had a great stay and truly have no complaints. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our family, including our two boys and our dog. Being on the 4th floor made for a few extra elevator trips for potty breaks, but our pup handled it like a champ.The covered parking was a big plus, and the location was very convenient—just a quick drive to the Mountain America Center. We also appreciated having a well-stocked kitchen, which made it easy to stay in one evening and prepare a meal.While it was a bit too chilly (around 50 degrees) to enjoy the pool, our boys were definitely tempted! Overall, we had a wonderful experience, would absolutely recommend this property, and would gladly stay here again if we’re back in the area.

Great neighborhood and views

Super clean place, bed was super comfortable, mountain views out the living room window were awesome. Easy to get back and forth from Alta ski slopes. All new neighborhood and close location to all restaurants, grocery, etc..

Perfect place for Draper, Utah

Excellent place to stay while in Salt Lake City area. Beautiful, comfortable, and large apartment. James is a great host, very helpful. My daughter and I felt safe and happy. Location is great.

Inside apartment is nice, that's it. Concrete hallways, stairwells smell like garbage, garbage sitting out in front of doors on first floor, gym is closed when you'd want to use it.. and what's up with the exorbitant cleaning fees? Super lame, especially with checkout instructions that ask you to do the cleaning. Dislike.

The place was clean. It was a little tricky to find the actual apartment because you have to go through a corridor and up an elevator. There was plenty of parking. It was nicely decorated, and there was lots of space. Closets are huge! Could use an upgrade on the towels. They were old and scratchy.There were spices, plenty of dishwasher pods, and laundry amenities, which is nice for a vacation rental.

Family Time

We really enjoyed our stay. I had grown up in the UT Co area and needed a central location to stay. Our visit was for a family wedding and we combined it with family gatherings in the SLC/Ut Co areas. The proximity to I-15, Bangerter Hwy and I-215 was great. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises over the west mountains and the hang-gliders over the Point of the Mountain. The easy access to Harmon's Market made grocery shopping easy, along with the Maverick gas station. We recommend this property to anyone why enjoys comfort and ease of access.
