Escape to The Boyneland Retreat, a modern 5-BR mountain home at Boyne Mountain. Enjoy unparalleled ski-in/ski-out access, a private hot tub, and luxury amenities for 16 guests. Perfect for family getaways, this custom home offers a chef's kitchen, game room, and stunning views. Your front-row seat to Northern Michigan's best, from ski slopes to championship golf courses.

The expansive open-plan living area features a warm, cozy fire, a large-screen TV, and opens to the chef's dream kitchen with a large island, granite countertops, and high-end stainless steel appliances. The main level also includes a laundry room with a full washer and dryer and a large locker area for ski equipment.

The lower level is an entertainment hub with another living area, big-screen TV, a game area with shuffleboard, foosball, and a Nintendo Wii, plus a dedicated workspace. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout.

We have rented many homes at Boyne and this was one of the best. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Having 2 different areas for hanging out/lounging was good to have with our large group. Would rent this home again.

First and foremost the house was beautiful (and spotless) with everything needed for a quick family getaway including, a game room and hot tub. No less amazing was our host. The house was perfect for our three branches of family coming from different states. Each family had their own space and plenty of room to come together in the living room and spacious kitchen. Perfect golf trip rental!

The house was perfect for my golf group on our annual trip around the country. Everyone had their own bedroom, the basement was great for hanging out each evening, and the house is very well furnished. Highly recommended!

Boyne Mountain summer vacation

This house was perfect for our group of 15 (three families) and we had an amazing week in Boyne Mountain. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with our host, Jason, was great and he was also helpful with suggestions for resort activities, etc. We love Michigan in the summer and hope to be back soon in the winter, too! Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect base for a little ski trip, within walking distance to ski in/ski out at Kitz, cozy with all of the amenities you might need. It must be a new build, it has that new house smell. 10/10, would stay here anytime!

Great Ski Retreat!

We can’t recommend this house enough! It was perfect for our group ski trip! The ride up is beautiful and so close to the ski in ski out access point. Everything you needed was there and ready to use! We got to use the hot tub after a long day of skiing, and not to mention all the games that were supplied for us! We couldn’t have found a more perfect house for our group of friends

Beautiful home and Great host

We had an amazing time on our first up north ski trip with our friends! Jason was an amazing host, very responsive to questions and gave great tips on navigating the resort. We had a great time for our annual ski trip weekend! Easy access to the ski hill! Beautiful house with amazing bathrooms and views. We found some fun games in the basement to play at night when we came back from skiing! Thanks again!

Stayed over New Years with another family, 10 total guests. Beautiful and spacious home that is well stocked (e.g., towels, dishware, appliances, etc.). Very attentive property manager. Property a short drive Kitz Cabin, which provides ski in / out access when there is snow. We hope to return.

We chose to build our home in the Reserve at Boyne Mountain because the scenery is breathtaking everywhere you turn. At the entrance, you pass Deer Lake and the beach, you get to go between each of Boyne's signature golf courses and have total privacy and a feeling of seclusion at the house. It feels like another world when you are there!
