The Randy House is your perfect vacation location in beautiful Florida within 20 minutes of Englewood Beach, 30 minutes to Boca Grande. Punta Gorda airport is 23 miles, Sarasota airport 48 miles and Tampa airport 99 miles.

This home will suit the entire family, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and den with a large lanai dining/grilling area poolside (pool is not heated at this time. Heat to be installed late Spring 2024). The master suite is furnished with a king size bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet with 2 large dressers and direct access to the lanai. Bedroom #2 is furnished with a queen size bed, large dresser and walk-in closet. Bedroom #3 is furnished with 2 twin beds, dresser and walk-in closet. The den features a large sofa, books, games and puzzles for all. All bedrooms are equipped with lamps, alarm clocks and ceiling fans with overhead lighting. Fresh linens and towels are provided.

This home also features a large open concept living room to kitchen and dining room with pocket sliding doors leading to the lanai. Private laundry room and 2 car garage. Kitchen is fully equipped if you love to cook or grill poolside on the propane gas grill provided for your use on the lanai.

High-speed Internet is included and Streaming TV (no cable) available living room and all bedrooms.

NOTE: Minimum monthly rentals only during seasonal months (November through April)

IMPORTANT TID BITS:
-Max guests of 6 per rental stay.
-Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and we respect our neighbors. No parties or loud music.
-No smoking or Vaping in home.
-No glass bottles or glass container of any kind in or around the pool.
-No parking on the lawn or in the road. There is plenty of parking in the driveway.
-Clean grill after each use to the best of your ability and prior to leaving.
-No daily housekeeping provided.
-Garbage collection and Recycle runs early on Monday morning. Please take garbage receptacle to to the edge of the driveway with wheels facing the house. Return receptacle to original location next to the house.
