The cabin size and description was accurate. We did encounter some ants along the kitchen counters, window sills, and bathroom sink. Nothing alarming. The bed furthest away from the doorway in the room with 2 beds was very creaky. Had a difficult time trying to sleep with the noise. The attic in that same room was a little creepy. It must be used for storage but my kids felt a little uncomfortable. Amenities were very nice as far as having a washer & dryer and kitchen appliances like coffee machines and other appliances. We had an enjoyable stay otherwise.

The check in process was smooth and communication was great. The location was amazing for fire works and 4th of July weekend! Our only complaints were the overall cleanliness of the house. The floors weren’t completely vacuumed in the living room and toys were thrown behind the TV. Sadly, the outdoor space wasn’t enjoyable. The backyard is overgrown with no where to walk or relax, and the front porch had two mismatched chairs with cobwebs on them. A little seating area out front would have added to our experience!

The cabin was cozy and spacious enough for a family of 4. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment for cooking. However, there were no condiments, sprays or oils to cook with-those had to be brought.The cabin is conveniently located in Big Bear in the center of town, so getting anywhere was a quick 5-10 minute drive. The exterior of the cabin is not well kept. Lots of weeds in the driveway and backyard. The backyard does have a table and charcoal grill, but I did not take a close look to see if it was usable since the outside was not maintained. We did note a fair amount of cobwebs in the ceiling and windows. My wife has dust allergies and within minutes, she could feel the place was dusty. Outside of this, the cabin is clean. It has a fireplace that we put to use and overall, we had fun and would stay there again.

Regarding kitchen items, per safety standards, we do not provide perishable cooking oils or condiments, but we appreciate your feedback on making that clearer for future guests. Fun getaway

My mom and I took a quick trip to Big Bear in the summer to beat the heat. We loved the cabin we stayed in. It was clean, cute, and we loved sitting on the patio breathing in the fresh pine air. Check in and out was super speedy and easy with the management company!

Family fun adventure

We brought our ten and six year old up for a first snowboarding trip and the cabin was perfect location to the lifts. We had fun in the snow filled backyard and kept cozy inside with our WiFi and electronics working fine during downtime.

Lovely 2 bedroom cottage in Big Bear. Kitchen is fully equipped to create any kind of meal. Great heater, water heater and bathroom. On a full lot for BBQ or outdoor play. Plenty of parking. Quiet residental street.

Couple of problems

Just wanted a place to stay, first house the toilet clog and couldn’t be fix. Staff was quick to response and had us get another house, but the second house had no hot water so no showers for my family and I after a long day snowboarding.

Different than in line picture

Ants. TV did not work properly. No netflix. Bathroom shower awful. The us was nit the pucture of what I thought I rented. That is not right.

The property had an ant problem

They where on the stove the counter and coffee table. We ended up not using the kitchen because of it. We bought spray and where constantly spraying and wiping

We truly wish we could have had notice to assist immediately however we do want you to know that we take all feedback to heart and have already scheduled the cabin for a pest control to ensure this experience does not happen again. Nice Little House for a couple

Well located, near everything. Easy access for wheelchair or walker. Just my husband and I - so perfect size.

Check-in after 4:00 pm - Check-out before 10:00 am
No Early Arrival/Late Departure During Peak Seasons or Holidays.

There is No Street Parking Allowed in Big Bear- Make Every Attempt to Get Cars Off the Street for Snowplows. November thru April the law requires snow chains in your cars.

Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
