Nestled at a cul-de-sac's end, this unique property offers unparalleled privacy. Accessible via a scenic uphill drive, the home unveils breathtaking ocean and lagoon views. A fully remodeled kitchen adds to the interior allure, while the backyard hosts a pool, jacuzzi, mini waterfall, and waterslide. Guests can rent bikes and surfboards for added beach fun.

Guest Access:
Enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, except for one reserved room above the garage. This suite, detached with a private entrance, is solely for the homeowner, homeowners may stay in this private suite as they please, but it won't affect your stay as it is a completely separate area of the home.

Other Important Details:

1) Pool/jacuzzi/backyard/firepit hours are restricted after 10 pm to comply with noise ordinances and maintain respectful noise levels inside and outside the property, especially during SD county noise ordinance hours (10 pm-9 am).

2) Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $60 per day; 24-hour advance notice is required as it takes around 24 hours to heat.

3) All guests, even those not staying overnight, must be included in the reservation count.
