This condo is an ocean front, 3rd floor, and corner unit with awesome views of the beach and sunrise from the balcony and both bedrooms. This unit has upgraded bathrooms, kitchen appliances, Keurig, and full size washer/dryer in the unit.
Located in the beach front St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort, this unit is just steps from St. Augustine Beach. This roomy condo includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 in the 1 king size bed, 2 twin beds, and queen size pull-out sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms and family room have flat screen TVs. A convenient elevator offers easy access to this third floor property, situated in close proximity to the wooden boardwalk to the beach.
St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort has two swimming pools (one pool is heated during the winter months), four tennis courts, two pickleball courts, and five hot tubs.
St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort is located within walking distance or short drive to many of St. Augustine Beach's restaurants, bars, shops, putt-putt golf, and grocery stores. Just minutes drive away from historic downtown St. Augustine. Local attractions include Castillo De San Marcos, Lightner Museum, the San Sebastian Winery, Golf World, the Alligator Farm, world famous St. George Street, Fountain of Youth, 3D World, and the Oldest School House.

We were here on our honeymoon and loved it here! Clean, well-decorated unit with close proximity to the elevator without hearing any noise from it. View of the ocean was fantastic! Definitely would love to come back.

We loved everything about this beach condo and we will be going back in the future! It’s right on the beach with a great view of the water from the 3rd floor. The beach and pool were both very nice and there are restaurants and a grocery store right down the street.

The view of the beach from this condo was spectacular!! My family really enjoyed the balcony! The pool and all grounds are very nice! The condo was as described and was appropriate for the price! Overall, my family really enjoyed the stay.

Great place to stay, owner super responsive. Perfect location, had everything we needed for the week as far as utensils and cookware. Elevator pretty close to the door. Little bit of a hike tonthe beach but most of its a boardwalk so not hard at all. Only complaint we had if any at all, was the shower in the bathroom off the living room would make a loud popping sound under your feet when showering when you would move around. Made us a bit nervous but it wasn't a big deal. Would definitely book here again.

Love this Condo! It has the perfect view and location to the beach. The bed and pillows were comfy. The furniture was very nice and the Condo is tastefully decorated. We will definitely stay here again!
