In addition to a prime location, you are also granted access to fantastic on-site amenities, including a heated pool, a hot tub, a BBQ area with charcoal grills, a lazy river, a children's pool, a pool slide, a game room with arcade machines, a fitness center, a volleyball court, and a business center.

This stunning retreat boasts a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen into one living space - perfect for entertaining! Spread out comfortably on the sofa and get ready for a fun evening streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV with streaming and cable services. The kitchen has been thoughtfully appointed with all the major appliances needed to channel your inner chef and surprise your loved ones with delicious homemade meals. There is also a Keurig coffee maker that will please all coffee enthusiasts in your group. Sliding glass doors lead you to a private patio with chairs where you can unwind and enjoy your morning coffee or a refreshing evening beverage.

Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom on the main floor with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and smart TVs, but the primary suite also includes a private balcony. Additional perks include a washer/dryer and central AC.

All guests shall abide by the good neighborr policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
A resort fee of $20 a day plus tax ($22.40), must be paid at check in.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
