They had salt and pepper grinders and no pepper. The only spices. They advertised for four people and had two double beds and 3 towels that we had to search to find. There was only one wash cloth in the entire place. The water didn’t drain in the tub. The place was dirty. The final straw was my husband went to bed and there was no top sheet. We spent one night of the week stay and moved out at 9:30 in the morning. Still

Great location and very clean

Great unit for 2 couples for the weekend. Very clean. Great location! A little bit tricky to find at night but other than that no issues! Would definitely stay again!

VERY CLEAN AND VERY NICE. IN WALKING DISTANCE TO MANY RESTAURANTS. BEDS WERE A LITTLE SMALL BUT COMFORTABLE. WE WOULD DEFINATELY STAY HERE AFAIN.

Great accommodation

The condo is small (2 ensuite bedrooms, kitchen, living area) and is well stocked in the kitchen and comfortably furnished. The complex was quiet. A little hard to find - GPS leads you to the correct driveway entrance off of River Road, but the building is the last one down, near the river walk, and the unit is in the back of the building.

There was an issue with the original property, so the reservation was moved.

The host was proactive about letting me know that there was an issue with the property reserved and moved my reservation to another property managed by them. So, this review is reflective of the other property.

We stayed for all of November, 2025. When one has to say, “It could have been worse,” you know it was bad.FULL SIZE BEDS, NOT QUEEN. Both beds are each 54 inches wide, not disclosed in the listing.Two grown adults cannot sleep in one FULL SIZE BED with any comfort.The full size bed in the north bedroom is well used and lumpy. THE STINK. What drove us out of the north bedroom was the powerful smell of urine. I tried to wash the bathroom floor with dish soap, but it did not change anything. Like an unwanted roommate, the stink in that bathroom/bedroom never left during our stay. We slept in the other bedroom for the remaining 25 nights.THE FILTHY FLOORS. When we arrived, there were black footprints in the tub that I thought were from guests running to the pool over asphalt. Not so. Our feet were black from the floors. NO WEATHERSTRIPPING UNDER THE FRONT DOOR. In classic slum lord style, these folks don’t fix anything. There is a one inch space between the threshold and the door--you can see the sidewalk. In November, the wind coming under that door was cold. I worried for our dog. In warmer weather, I would worry about critters.Contributing to the cold is the blower that blows only cold air and not being able to control the thermostat.FEW AMENITIES.No butter knives , few dishes. Weak Wi-Fi, no"welcome book' to explain their stupid TV. Bernardo is a MYTH. His last comment on email was, "can you take a picture of this?" He is out of the area and not available.

Enjoyable stay

The unit was very clean and comfortable The only thing that disappointed us was not knowing the televisions were for your own streaming service. No local news or cable .Also, you should consider putting a light of some kind on the sign marking your property to be seen at night.

Not what was expected

Positives: Location by River walk and St Phillips, unit was clean, people in complex were nice, pet friendly. Cons: poor check in process, had to call VRBO, owners voice mail full, owner did not respond to requests. Unit was very small, no natural lighting, unit too dark, beds too small full size, no extra pillows, no cable tv, tv in living room old, doesn't pick up anything but Netflix and Amazon, no knives in silverware drawer, very noisy can hear people on second floor, no laundry soap, dishwasher not bolted down, gap in front door, no patio furniture or grill, not enough pool chairs,would not recommend.
