Lovely home in Hocking Hills

Pictures and description accurately reflect the quality of the property. Everything was exactly as advertised. Property was very clean and generally well equipped. Location is reasonably close to attractions in and around Hocking Hills.

Wonderful Getaway

Property was clean, organized, and very suitable for a cabin stay. Hosts were easy to contact and the hot tub was amazing!! One bed was a little too firm, but that’s from a 6 month pregnant lady. would come back again!

Great Location

Our family of 6 adults enjoyed our stay in Hocking Hills. The fire pit and hot tub were a huge hit. The home worked nicely for us with two bedrooms downstairs sharing one bathroom and one bedroom in the open loft having a private bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with enough dishes, etc. We did bring our own pots and pans for cooking. The area was very quiet and the home was warm and relaxing. The location is close to many of the Hocking Hills activities. Grandma Faye’s is just down the street and open every day (we needed them on Thanksgiving Day) except Christmas and New Years. Laurelville, a 15 minute drive, offers Jones mini grocery store, Jones Pharmacy, and The Ridge Inn Restaurant. The Ridge Inn offers excellent home cooked meals and desserts. The pictures shown on the website need to be updated. The main sitting area showed three sofas around the fireplace but upon arrival there were only two. Not enough seating for 6 adults to lounge around for four days. We did bring in the wicker chairs from the porch and used those. Also, the water system is well water with a very strong sulfur smell. We did use the water for showers and cooking but couldn’t get past the smell and drank only bottled water. Over all the home is beautiful and comfortable. We would stay again if ever back to the area.

Great cabin experience

The property was fantastic, the fire pit was excellent. Quiet area, with easy access to every walking trail. We had a absolutely fantastic time at this cabin. Our suggestion would be to put stairs off the porch nearest firepit.the fire pit to be able to wal

Very remote location

The cabin was very comfortable for our 8 member family, but it did lack in kitchen supplies/sharp knives. Unfortunately it was very dry in the forest and we couldn't enjoy the outdoor fire area.

Family Gathering

We met our adult children at this beautiful cabin and it was exactly what we hoped for. Relaxing and private location, the cabin was perfect with it's spacious floor plan, the screened in porch as well as the hot tub and fire pit. The two bedrooms on the first floor allowed each couple direct access to the outside porch and hot tub area (which was a bonus). We loved this location and mentioned it would be a great spot to return to in the future.

Beautiful Cabin

Cabin was clean with beautiful views, quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, hiking and the hammock. Not a far distance to places of interest. Family wants to return next summer!!

Beautiful Cabin, Close to all Hocking Hills attractions!

This property was perfect for our family of 6. The setting is gorgeous and it was so fun to come back to after a long day of hiking. We loved the screened in porch, hot tub and fire pit. There was plenty of space to relax and spread out! We would definitely stay again!

Relaxation getaway

We were looking for rest and relaxation and we found it. It was great that we could bring our dog along as well. Cell service is not good around the area but the Wi-Fi at the house worked great. Would definitely recommend this location to others

Great place close to all Hocking Hills locations

This place was wonderful. Couldn’t have asked for more for a family of 5. All of the hiking trails are within a 15 minute drive. Hot tub worked as it should. If anything I’d say the pictures don’t do it justice.

Nice Place for our group of 4 adults and 2 children

The internet service provider was excellent. The service was fast and reliable. The view is amazing. The lodge architecture is impressive. Couches and beds very comfortable. The fireplace was easy to use and provided hours of enjoyment and comfort. The kitchen was spacious and the appliances worked very efficiently.
